It's supposed to be touching the base. As far as I know, it should give problems docking/undocking. But if it does, we can relocate it somewhere else.

I see, that was of course an issue. However, it doesn't clarify if there's actually a hard-coded limit on IFFs and if we've reached such a limit.

It seems to be common opinion that there is and we have but is it or is it not the case that this is just completely false?

The truth is, we don't actually know. Stuff seems to have been breaking with the addition of more IFFs however so we are erring on the side of caution and recycling until we find out exactly what the cause is.

well i made 2 dockings and ndockings with a heron and nothing wrong happed .. can someone try with much bigger ships?

Incorrect. Every ship included in this update was submitted quite awhile ago. They were part of the backlog, just as the Bretonian Carrier and Battlecruiser are. Just because you did not see the Triumph and Penance plastered all over the forums doesn't mean they weren't in development limbo for 12+ months.

This isn't an excuse anymore. I know the deimos has been in development for a while. when i say brand spanking new it was to get a point across that they're still much younger then the bretonian carrier.
If you wan't to give the gallics cruisers whilst the bretonians have glorified gunboats thats poor priority choice. I've heard you're the one postponing this before, don't give me this excuse since its not valid when the bretonian vessel is a half done job and the replacement had been in development longer
