It seems to be common opinion that there is and we have but is it or is it not the case that this is just completely false?
The truth is, we don't actually know. Stuff seems to have been breaking with the addition of more IFFs however so we are erring on the side of caution and recycling until we find out exactly what the cause is.

This isn't an excuse anymore. I know the deimos has been in development for a while. when i say brand spanking new it was to get a point across that they're still much younger then the bretonian carrier.
If you wan't to give the gallics cruisers whilst the bretonians have glorified gunboats thats poor priority choice. I've heard you're the one postponing this before, don't give me this excuse since its not valid when the bretonian vessel is a half done job and the replacement had been in development longer
