I don't agree with connecting rho and 55 because it would:
1. remove theta, delta, and o41 as travel-through systems, which is the opposite of what I'm trying to achieve here.
2. Upset travel and trade balance more than I'm comfortable with.
So would you agree with attaching rho to theta instead of minor?
Isn't there a way to restrict Jump Holes to a certain cargo hold size? Why not prevent anything with 2000+ cargo from using an O-55-Rho connecting JH? Anyone who uses a transport below 2k is either doing it for RP purposes or is new or it's a closed economy character, anyways.. Profit per second is really only something to worry about if you let all ships through a jump hole, such as 3,500+ size cargo transports.
It's not only a matter of traders, it's also a matter of people who hunt other people being able to avoid interactions, short-cut in front of people that just escaped from them, and multiple factions that shouldnt be in their enemy's stronghold using it is as fast travel route.
Is it possible to restrict JHs to certain IDs? If so, perhaps a new JH coloring effect could be added to make it stand out, with a nav buoy placed near the JH explaining "Only the following factional navigational computers are capable of traversing this jump point: "

Outright restricting systems/JHs to factions would be extremely detrimental. We need more freedom, not less.
