Outcasts ALWAYS have had trouble identifying their leaders or group of leaders. From Jameson, Thexare, then myself briefly, all had unique takes on the OC. It always felt like things were in shambles and it was hard to piece things together. It was "supposed" to be that the 101st leaders became the leaders of the entire outcast faction. Everyone that had any influence at all in the OC world knew and respected that. But that's not really how it went down. 101st lost activity and thus influence and that's where Thexare and myself pushed our way in cause we saw issues that needed addressing.
So it seems like those issues are still present. I would like to return to my homeland and do what i can to help the OC faction. Who here is remotely close to being "the guy" to go to for OC stuff? That's where i'd like to start.

Woah, look who's back. Hello man.
It'd be a good thing to have you with me.
I can't entitle myself for anything but, we are present for years on this server. Recall the Samarran Raiders?
Aside of that, we're currently the only active OC group (wearing OC IFF and ID) at the moment.

Yes, i do remember the samarran raiders.
We should talk then, do you have discord? Or mainly use skype still? Please shoot me a PM with the details!
Anyway, NC was pretty much a more 'liberal' take on the Council of Don's on a maltese governed territory, one of the biggest was splitting religion from state and attempting to separate this alignment that they had with the nomads. We've successfully conducted a neutrality-to-friendly agreement with the Bretonians and even opened trade relations. We're also focusing on industrial development in hopes to boost the ship production, boarder profit sources and such. (Although with truth this has stalled, although I'm hoping to return to this soon. I just have my own faction to worry about rn.) We even had a PoB at one point until the mining commodity became unprofitable for the time and effort.
In all truth yes, NC has been pretty quiet for a while. Although I guess we're starting to progress forward again. Mainly starting diplomatic relations with Rheinland since they've declared war with the GMG. Although I'm also a HC member of National Council while also leading BDM. So I'm not going to promote that too much and i try to stay on one side.

Well, as a founder of NC-, I would recommend to help out the Commune on becoming mainstream OC faction. NC- was an interesting take, but in truth it burned out in 5 month back in 2016. I made attempts to refresh it, but it was all retconned to my knowledge. Now it's just a tracker time farming on low activity cardamine routes to hold officialdom. I don't know why would current HC do that instead of disbanding and letting something new to come in.
Commune is having some problems and actually would need veterans with old fashion OC experience.

Well if i take that route i would like us all to be on the same page and all get behind something together. But if you look at Geoff's post up there i think he'd have a different opinion. OC have bigger fish to fry than ourselves but history shows it's hard to pass up a sibling rivalry lol.

Well, I put Geoff to lead a subfaction and he did not manage to get a single member there for years. He is doing quite well at lobbying BDM interests though, that I have to admit. But you won't even see him even having an outcast character, sadly.
I mean I am not going to convince you, you will see everything on your own if stick around. But I guarantee that my words are completely reflecting the reality.
