I think sarissa change is rather too much. It was already really small and downscaling it that much going to make it smaller than osiris i think. I didnt compared sizes yet but i believe it will be op. Plus Zephyr's secondary arcs are so useless, with that much of a hull nerf, you pretty much deleted the ship. Deimoses cannot kill sarissas too anyways. I believe CR will be forced to deploy Arguses en masse now.

The Sarissa was scaled to be the size and hitbox with the corresponding surface areas and bounding box volume of a medium battleship prior to this update, while having all stats other than handling of a medium battleship. There was something very much wrong with it and it has been corrected.

Rishiri was rules wise always a Tau, now it has a Tau name. Basically nothing has changed other than the name. System development in Taushiri-53-desu is regular plot-based system development.
