I do not want to make the same mistakes as Hellfire Legion and others who had aided you in the past. The Order Overwatch prefers to keep its soldiers and allies alike informed on the bigger picture even if the finer detail is classified never to see the light of day to keep the organization running. The Order is not on the Liberty’s side. It is therefore in our best interests that you know our agenda.
The Order Overwatch upon its formation decided to pursue a goal of restoring balance within Sirius Sector. This goal has been swept under the rug previously by conformists seeing Nomads as the only legitimate threat to humankind. Truth is that while the alien kind is single most disrupting force to universal order in this part of the galaxy, there is no shortage of overly ambitious mad men, especially in the Omicrons as evidenced by the Core. Even the Legion supports one of the faces of the corruption, named Auxesia.
Balance in our context refers to delicate state of internal and external affairs where human-to-human conflict is contained to government agencies and its respective unlawful element, never escalating to full on total war as we witnessed in history of Sirius for the first time in year of 800 A.S. - so called Nomad War. It is by no means an ideal configuration but it keeps our species as a whole expanding, feeding on our intrinsic territorialism. For 800 years we have endured peace between all Sirian Houses and were it not for Nomads ability to infiltrate and mimic us, we would had been ready to xenocide them once and for all that fateful year. The alternative? There had been not a single day of peace in Sirius since 814. Our intentions for Liberty are quite clear. We desire Liberty to be competitive and to scale with its neighbours while remaining sufficiently powerful to never fall into dominion or influence of other parties.
We had been ironing out some details on our side. The Order Intelligence selected Barrow, Hudson star system as intended rendezvous. Overwatch will divert a Geb-class carrier from Rheinland with a mission to deliver initial fighter force to your special forces. Initially we will deliver 12 O15A Nephthys class assault fighters to Barrow, with subsequent repeat deliveries intending to increase number towards 30+ fully functional, readily available birds for your disposal. I trust that Xenos can provide escort within their AO until our carrier can withdraw towards allied protection closer to the Sigma cluster. This is paramount because our own screen will consist of ‘your own’ ships and long range patrols far away from base.
O15A “Nephthys” is heavily armored, three engined heavy fighter with most powerful powercore in its class and seven forward oriented gun systems to take advantage of its energy reserves. The cockpit layout, HUD and software will be familiar to those of your kind that used to fly Liberty Navy craft - which may cause some acclimatization issues when switching over from Dagger-configuration Prosecutor fighters. Once your hand-picked pilots will be accustomed to these vessels, we can additionally offer to fill some other gaps within your shipline. However keep in mind that any of these warships are far more taxing in terms of maintenance to simple and robust Sabres.
Therefore I advise caution and conservative management of these gifts, they are not easily replaceable with their production lines safely in the deep Edge Worlds. I recommend that at least until adequate numbers are received by your selected squadrons, take advantage of our fronts and allies to revise and upgrade some of your older stock of equipment. We have capacity to repair or build untraceable civilian and border world blueprints on site or just past Liberty borders. We also have up to date construction lines of any modern Liberty weapon (within reason).
The Order will sanction unrestricted usage of Order hardware on your part to dislodge Separatists from their current fortifications within Independent Worlds. I see them as nothing more but disgraced warlords who thought themselves to emulate The Order, mocking our ideals. What they lack is purpose, with their accusations falling short lacking any sort of evidence to back any of their delusions. They had also taken custody over remaining core of LSF who are sought after for their unwarranted aggressions against The Order and people we seek to defend. Furthermore, this rebel offshoot of the Navy prohibits our supply runs of Kemwer though their territory, unaware of context and basic thought.
The Order itself cannot send any of its regular fighting force to the Independent Worlds at current time, with our current priority being securing a safe corridor between Order controlled worlds and Rheinland where we have a deep understanding with local underground movements. As security level and logistical output increases in the area, we will be able to ramp up interference in the Independent Worlds and secure greater control over the region. However this battle is ours to fight as I cannot in good mental health ask you to even consider spilling some blood for a home not yours.
The whiteboxes are also welcome, our carrier will receive these gifts and take them into further study to proper Order facility in due time. The sophisticated and continually upgraded nature of the measures put in place to protect Ageira’s intellectual property continues to fascinate our researchers even if our original R&D had its roots within the very same corporation. The Order needs to keeps its edge. The carrier will relieve you of the cargo.
Finally… The Order would like to keep the exchange two-way. Nephthyses do not come cheap and we understand Xenos do not produce any starships unique only to your organization. Therefore our request is minimal, simple and within realms of possibility for you. We ask for access to Xeno weaponry to use with The Order’s combat evaluation unit pending possible further acquisition after period of trials to determine whether our arsenal benefits from addition of your assets. The data we already have on effectiveness of your systems indicate near crippling reliance on devastating firepower… a trait that may work alongside among other things: Nephthys class fighters.

We know little of this Auxesia, apart from that they have been seen by one of our Phantom operatives utilizing Hellfire Legion technology. We would be eager to receive any intel about them that you hold, and why they are a threat to humanity. Your concerns about the Hellfire Legion may not be unfounded, however we believe they are a boon. Their fight continuing against corruption despite the Gallic advance weakens us. Regardless, we believe they are a benefit provided they do not see us adding Gallic language courses into our lives. Every benefit comes with its drawbacks, just as we have ours.
You hit the nail on the head with the Separatists. They are, as you so simply put, warlords looking to justify their treason toward Liberty. We thought they had turned from their ways of consorting with highwaymen, the Maltese, and their pawns but they unfortunately have not. A momentary ceasefire we enforced on our forces has since been ended and the Bering system is now even more of a warzone with the kraut Unioners rising against them as well.
We welcome your aid especially due to this and will divert a sufficient amount of available assets based on the Rheinland front to assist your carrier with reconnaissance and a proper, Libertonian escort to welcome the Order back into our space. We will certainly take you up on your offer of production for civilian craft, particularly borderworlds. We have not had readily available access to these ships previously and believe they would be of great benefit in the harsh terrain of Bering and the Omicrons while escorting our transports. While the CTE-line is solid and easy to manufacture, it is not suited to every task.
Now, on to your request for weaponry. It has been a topic of hot debate. As I'm sure you know, we are fiercely protective of our technology and have not given even the Legion our weapons. However, we will agree to your terms. Our goals, while not the same and certainly not executed in the same way, align. Both of us are simply fighting for humanity. Whether it be for the right to live how one should be able to, or even exist at all.
Current stocks of our weaponry are depleted due to mobilizing many new craft recently after the conflict in Bering escalated. However, we may offer you eight (8) sets of our Black Widow and Suntiger particle cannons for testing, with additional units available in some time. Our cannons are particularly suited for the type of warfare we wage; they are designed to deal as much damage as possible in the shortest amount of time to finish the job before misguided peacekeepers arrive.
The Bounty Hunters Guild has personally learned what our weaponry can do to the broadside of a Manta in a brief exposure. We feel that you will find the Core fearing the same knowledge after learning to utilize them properly.
You may refer to me as Phantom 3. Following the offer of assistance in producing specifically borderworlds ships, my strike force would like to inquire as to the earliest we could obtain six (6) Sabres from you. Funds have been requisitioned already to provide full-market value for them, and one of our normal trade convoys are willing to return them from a drop-point near or in Mu of your choosing.
Sabres are notoriously hard to acquire in the Libertonian market without indirectly supporting one of the many groups we take issue with. Importing them from outside of Liberty raises its own issues, as I'm sure you know. While I'm not against skirting SOPs, some things are more trouble than they're worth. In this case, the benefit of using Sabres versus the difficulty of obtaining them in.. shall we say, "kosher," ways has ceased being an issue.
Can I and my team count on your previous offer? You may be sure they will be put to use for the Movement, and by extension, the Order.

I see your problem. Border World class ships are not exactly a Liberty patent and your typical Xeno insists on using tools of trade built specifically by Libertonian worker. The Order as a group with roots in your own House especially captured imagination of your movement will not be considered as an outsider. While we had phased out Sabers from our fleet, converting already existing hulls to derivative “Lich” compliant with our existing logistic chain, we still possess the blueprints and many parts in both chassis are either interchangeable or easily maintained by Order engineers. To speed up the process Akabatian shipwrights had been tasked with taking ordered number of hulls under construction and complete them manually to standard you will expect from us.
Now to the requested information about Auxesia. To start off, entities like these is what Overwatch refers to as Heresy. To illustrate, this strong condemnation comes from The Order - movement sustaining itself only by propagating and absorbing out of the box thoughts and new concepts though Sirius wide recruitment drive with disregard to one’s past path of life. Auxesia is incapable of accepting many various concepts, one of which being The Order’s status as defenders of humanity. I extended our hand to them once back when their corruption was not yet apparent hoping they could contribute to our mission. I take responsibility for lowering my guard and letting Order bleed for their treason. No more.
They are a dangerous cult following guidance of their founder: former Core Guild Mistress Sapphire Raven. From non-combat standpoint they are isolationist transhumanists replacing more and more of their own flesh with parts that in stark opposition to The Order as unlike our implants, their replacements do not even try to imitate perfection of Human species. Their armed forces are group of diverse raiders tasked with stealing any equipment they can get away with. ships and technology they can acquire for sole purpose of hoarding it to themselves. You ought to expect majority of their starships to be amalgamation of Core (Bounty Hunter bootlegs) and Hellfire Legion hardware aid.
They have on numerous occasions united with Core against The Order and its allies. Their founder is accused of openly consorting with the Nomads. Whatever their true agenda is, their list of crimes contains but is not limited to numerous attempts to disrupt Order operations, violations of restricted space and even attempts to instigate a coup against The Order Overwatch. They had became a textbook example of “Internal threat to survival of Human race” as defined by our central ideology. They are condescending thieves that would had stole The Order itself if they had a shot at it and mutilated our intellectual property to fit their deranged agenda.
Their leaders hide behind callsigns and made-up names, some do not even possess a “face” anymore. In the field however you will encounter in most likelihood just regular humans - hesitance on part of their lower ranked personnel and lack of resources to turn entirety of themselves into a machine race are likely cause. Overwatch supports purification of human genome from flaws and diseases, as well invested considerable amounts of funds into bionic augmentations to repay our veterans for their sacrifices; Auxesia as in many other disciplines lacks restraint. This is why our relations with the Legion are not as good as they used to be and why we want to stop this Core off-shot from ever succeeding.

It's been some time since we've talked about that shipment of craft that you delivered to us, but since then I've identified a core problem with putting them in the field and have ordered for them to be grounded until further notice. I'm sure you're curious about why, but don't worry, there's nothing wrong with them. There's just the issue of maintenance. We can't keep them in working order for long given the working conditions involved in our.. colorful neighborhood. It would simply be impossible to limit the damage these ships take, and when they inevitably do break down, we'll be stuck with a full hangar bay of ships we can't fix and keep using.
The problem is one of logistics, the parts we'd need to keep these ships space-worthy can only come from you, and given the distance, there would likely be significant delays in the receipt of parts, and even potential for damage to your logistics vessels, given how risky it is to be anywhere close to Liberty. Now I might have a way to work around this, and I've started putting pieces in motion to perhaps get the supplies required to make it work. But what we're going to need is for you to send over a few engineers capable of modification to the core systems of a ship, electronics, weapon mounts, the works.
If these ships are going to fly, and fly consistently, then they'll require a generous amount of modifications and adjustments to accommodate daily usage. Consider this a joint project between us to produce a "new" craft purpose-built to withstand the rigors of the Alliance's modus operandi. Which isn't to say the Nepthys in its current state cannot do so, it's just that we can't realistically keep up with the logistics to keep them in shape, at least not reliably. I'm sure you'll agree that this would be expensive and wasteful for both of us. It would be far more rewarding and logical to help us create assets that we can sustain with a good degree of self-sufficiency.
