I want to quickly ask for assistance with something that I am looking for with Velvet wing.

I am currently looking for details or working modules of cloaking technology that we can look to apply for my reconnaissance division. This is because with increasing activity, not to mention infected personnel being more prevalent, we want to be able to have knowledge of them before they become a problem.

I am looking at potentially getting some of my pilots involved with any programs you may have that could enhance our capabilities with regards to our Reconnaissance section .

As well, any projects that we can use on the station to aid in such ventures. Such as better warning systems?

I know Synth recently got into contact with all of us in regards to their bio dome projects, but given the location of the station, I want to put an emphasis on safety of my people before we look at expanding other capabilities.

Also, if there is a surplus of any gear that can aid in our struggle that we can get access to, it would be a great help to Velvet| as well, seeing as we have also secured other technologies from mutual friends.

I'm open to any advice and any help.

While we can offer many things in the department of cloaks, we also recommend equipping some of your vessels with cloak disruptors for early warning purposes. We can facilitate your snubcraft as much as you need, but we will need to know your exact requirements before we can start construction, since it's a delicate, precise, and rather expensive process. That being said, we're more than happy to provide the equipment you need.

Following Livadia's expansion, we will also be able to service transports and construct Q-ships in larger quantities, so that too should help with Velvet's operations as a whole - the latter more so than the former. With that in mind, I must inquire: Where does your organization get its funding for operations? Between OSI and IRG, we find our money in our corporate operations that lets us stretch over our normal boundaries, but how does your security organization plan for its own longevity, given we cannot provide certain services for free?

As far as expansion projects for the Freeport as well, is there anything you can advise? I don't want to jump too heavily in without guidance from those who have more experience than I do. This is an open request for any ideas from both OSI and IRG as well.

Melissa Jones,
As far as Freeport expansion is concerned, that's pending certain policy reforms, and we'll need to clearly lay out objectives for each Freeport's expansion. I'd imagine that will occur on the organizational level, and the objectives will be delegated to named administrators. Until we have a proper top-down management system, it will be hard to optimize our supply lines to facilitate healthy expansion, so we're staying in a holding pattern for now, maintaining our assets as best we can.

Once you assemble the data for your requirements, we'll see about filling them, and providing a cost estimate for our services.

Dr.Erzie,

Following the recent departure of White as the head of Reconnaissance Division, I will be taking stock of this myself. Currently the requirements stand at:
3 Fighter/bomber cloaks
1 Capital class cloak

I can get Logistics Division to secure materials needed, as well as contracting out a few independent Zoners and mutual allies to assist in regards to this as well. It's a big ask, I know, and given our recent activities, looking towards a boost in co-operations is definitely on the table as well. As you know with everything I do, my favourite phrase is "I do not expect something for free, so tell me what you need in return". For now, Velvet as a whole can offer Security in the Kappa system, as well as the flowing of supplies.

Also, if you are in need of equipment to be field tested, we have ships that should be able to facilitate this. As we both know, sometimes things can go a bit crazy in the field. Which is where our expertise can definitely assist, keeping it all within the Zoner banner. Remember, Velvet does specialize in the removal of mankind's worst enemy, The Nomads, so such weapons and technology being field tested could prove dangerous for anyone untrained.

I am currently trying to expand my logistics department to allow for ferrying of goods at a much more acceptable rate, and with the recent acquisition of the Rho visas we should be able to provide greater assistance with supplies being able to come in and out of Rheinland and Kusari space without much issue.
