Or you just jump a big asteroid into New Paris. The jump gate sounds like gay with unnecessary extra steps.

Alternatively you can jump something with a similar mass into New Paris, like Steiner's family tree.

Or you jump a Democritus to New Paris and let its infocard do the rest. After all it is powerful enough to knock a moon out of the orbit.
