Hudson here, transmitting to confirm we ran other 916 units of Military Vehicles to the surface. I've also ordered the Repulse to RTB. I shall continue my rounds, and resume shipments within a day.
Freighter captains: Please let me know who will be available next weekend, I'll try to organize a supply drive when we can gather as many of us as we can.

Pleased to report that the BMF brought in another convoy for us today. They secured a liner and are bringing in Envoys, and they also had a shipment of Military Vehicles as well. I shipped some to the surface myself over the last few days. I've enclosed cams. Another 1462 Military Vehicles added since last time, and now 3165 Envoys. They brought back out full loads of Refugees.
Also to freigther captains, I secured permission for our legal tansit in Bretonia with restricted Miltary and Medical supplies, as well as had us cleared officially from the Tau Embargo. I've requested a license from the Liberty Government as well for permission to transit their space using "Z" line transports and freighters (only). I believe Refugee pods are ok by charter to ship in higher than normal quantities for human cargo, so we should be ok for them. Otherwise, if shipping human passengers like envoys, it not using a liner or armored transport, please adhere to the Liberty charter limit of 650 units per transport.
And in leiu of that, I've decided to issue orders that LRF| tagged vessels NOT smuggle Black Market Arms or munitions themselves anymore. We will still offload any traders wishing to sell to the Resistance Base of course, and we can ship via freighter from the hideout any that we do bring in. Regardless of the loss in potential profit, please only import LEGAL arms from now on when flying openly tagged. Let me know of any shipments and I will issue payments! Prices will be $5,000/unit bare minimum.

Reporting back 1210 units of Military Vehicles delivered to the Resistance Base on Leeds. Thanks to Capain Newport for getting to space to help out, and to Captain Rell of the Junkers Congress for braving the front lines to sneak us some vital cargo. We only need (approx) 1,500 more units to complete the first part of our security force. Once that is complete I'll begin running conracts to bring in construction material for ground expansion. Supply Center updated.
Envoys are still 17k from quota, and expect me to open up a contract for about 20k of Propaganda soon as well.
Also, I've yet to hear any official word back from any of the Liberty fleets or the BAF regarding any action behind the lines, in particular an NEMP strike to a priority target within our reach. I suggested (Comm Link) Issoudun Drydock, if it could possibly help knock the enemy off balance long enough for a counter offensive.
However if that does not occur, we'll hold onto the weapon for a ripe opportunity in the future, likely to knock out their new jumpgate to New London, or the Leeds Mooring Fixture, which would prevent large enemy supply vessels from making it to the surface for at least a week. At least we hold such a card. I'll be redoubling our efforts to secure more NEMP bombs A.S.A.P.

Broadcasting to file the unloading of another 1,607 units of Military Vehicles to the Leeds Resistance Base. That puts our total at 10,083 units, making that contract filled for the time being.
I've ordered our units to move out and take up residence in a nearby mine, in similar fashion to other bases in use, in particular the BAF planetary Resistance HQ. Our weapons and munitions stockpiles are now relocated with the main force.
A segment of the force will be drawn up for a QRF (quick reaction force), to be able to be used on enemy land forces in the region in small raids, both offensively and defensively. Only about 20% of our hardware will be actively in use by troops, the rest will be back up. The remaining forces will remain back to secure the base at all times. Within the coming weeks I plan to start bringing in machinery to overhaul the mine and expand it to a permanent sub-terranean headquarters for the LRF based resistance network on Leeds that we are establishing.
In the meantime, I'm still planning to have more Envoys brought in, and will add a contract to bring in 20,000 units of appropriate Propaganda to assist our Envoys in the field. I believe the Maquis might be able to help us with that, and I'll be inquiring about securing a supply point nearby.
On that note, I have made contact with the Maquis [MQS], who have been hunting Gallic targets in Bretonia recently. They now have access to the Outposts, and may be frequenting the area. All captains please offer them assistance. We may be working with them more in the future, as our bases are aptly positioned for staging raids in the occupied systems.
I can also report that, thus far, we have accomplished all of the goals we set out to achieve. We established and maintain space born bases inside the Leeds system. We have established a routine supply line to allied positions on the surface of Leeds. We have acquired NEMP weapons via our own clandestine weapons development/procurrement program, on top of building a ground force to secure our planet-side operations.
These successes have allowed us to 'dig in' and establish a small yet well protected and heavily armed Resistance paramilitary with a small corresponding service fleet. Our next steps will be in recruiting more people to our ranks, and hunting for old cruisers to refurbish for service in the LRF.

Updating import numbers. Between yesterday and today, I had the Stratocaster out for several base - planet runs. I brought in another 5450 units of Envoys to the surface, transferred at Outpost Alpha. They will be ordered to move out into civilian populated areas and melt into the population. Their mission will simply be to act as civilian liasons for the Resistance and boost morale by spreading anti-Royalist Propaganda. I will inquire with the Maquis about securing at least 10,000 units of Propaganda to keep much of the civilian population's sentiment in favor of continued Resistance.

I've been getting a little ainsy lately. A lot of my men seem to have gone to ground, and things around Leeds are quiet. But sadly, as I pass back and forth from the Resistance Base, I still often see the odd foreign civilian ship coming and going from the Royal Navy controlled Mooring Fixture, that we lost control of years ago.
I managed to pick up more NEMP bombs off the black market, so I decided to activate the NEMP bomber and make a target acquirement on Planet Leeds's Mooring Fixture, and made a practice run. I plan to execute a surprise attack on the structure A.S.A.P. I'll be watching the area closely while I await a good launch window.
Hopefully the strike will serve as a swift kick of a reminder that the war's not over yet. If we can draw out those hoping to repair the structure afterwards, perhaps we can convince some other privateers or the Maquis it would be worth it to clamp down on their supply route from Gallia.

More good news to report. Through our direct contact with the Maquis, I contracted them to haul approximately 10,000 units of Propaganda to us in Leeds. Today was the day it went down, and they came out in numbers to show their support for our end of the cause. They brought a few transports packed to the brim with the stuff, and had prepared escorts to secure the area while we transferred the cargo in space.
We successfully unloaded 10,310 units of Propaganda, and I paid out a 200 million credit contract. It seemed only fair since to manufacture the stuff it costs 10k a unit. During the cargo transfers, we attracted some attention from an SCRA, a Gammu AI Drone, a couple of Crayterian Dreadnaughts, and one GRI scout. The scout was immediately intercepted by the Maquis escorts, and it was nice to know they had things handled so we could continue working.
They then set off back towards the Gallic borderworlds, and we took the freighter back to base. Now that we have the right 'multi-media' as anti-Gallia Propaganda, the Envoys should will be able to spread morale boosting messages and keep up some spirit of resistance to the occupation. Envoy shipments will resume within coming days. Otherwise, I'll still be on watch over the system in preparation for an NEMP strike on the Mooring Fixture.

Today I had the Stratocaster out for some more ship to ship offloading to the surface. The BMF responded in kind to our Envoys need, and brought in 4,055 units of them to the surface. There was some random traffic coming and going as we carried out the transfers in low altitude. The BMF|Amon.Ra completed offloading without any trouble and carried on safely, under the escort of a passing Maquis pilot that noticed us. It worked out for us perfectly!
At the same time, a strange Freelancer from an organization called 'Oracle' poked around a bit while I continued to offload [black market] Munitions for Captain Farvald of the Shandonah. The Captain transferred us another 4005 units of BMM's. I've also cleared him to moor at Outpost Alpha and Beta.
The Oracle pilot claimed they were out to help those in need all over Sirius. In truth I've heard some things but now I'm not sure. This one was eager of offer us assistance, and I told them I'd take a look at what they had to offer. But I might try to dig up some more intel on them first before making a deal. Still, the encounter seemed promising.
I've also sent word out to the Junkers Congress, Synth Foods, BMF and BAF|MN about the Outposts and our modular base supply needs, and I hope we can increase our suppliers to strengthen our stance. I've set our commodity dealers to purchase basic base commodities at decent prices, and I'll post the details in our Supply Center. Any LRF recieving this please assist any vessels from such groups as they traverse the area!

I've been in a few skirmishes lately, but nothing major. Mostly I've been watching and waiting on the battles that continue in Cortez and New London. Actually Cortez may be wrapping up. Hard to tell where things may go next.
I've continued to bring in more Envoys as civilian reps. Another 6000 units delivered to the surface. For it I purchased us an Oasis liner off the civilian market and snuck into New Tokyo ourselves to pick them up at the Interspace Commerce station in orbit of Planet NT, Roppongi Station. I even picked up Freelancer to escort me for one trip. I brought back refugees to Manhattan and made a round trip.
Otherwise I'm laying low until there's a break in the lines. Might take the freighter out if needed, but otherwise, I'm staying out of the 'search lights' for now.
Only other update was a brief conflict with the IMG over passage through the system. They weren't so keen on respecting the desires of our Resistance, but after a brief argument they half caved and offered us some aid to make up for an insult. I'm sure it'll make it to the surface via a 3rd party. For now though, I'll be keeping a close eye on their activities when in and around Leeds.

I decided to make one last run out to New Tokyo for the last of the Envoys I required. I had to take Refugees out so I continued north after swinging by Manhattan. I brought back the last 2500 units. That brings a close to that part of our operations. We brought in at least 21,170 units of Envoys over the last several weeks in total, by us or with the aid of the BMF. That will be the last of these types of incoming travellers. I'll keep the liner on standy by for now since I'll continue to need a Refugee hauler, and may bring back Light Arms, or Marines, and double its use as a troop transport. But, priority cargo wise will be shifting back towards importing primarily Light Arms, and medical supplies.
I will in the future open a Marines contract again to beef up reinforcements as often as we can. Otherwise, since there's no immediate need to fly transport, I'll be laying low in a bomber and keeping an eye on the area.
