Isn't that abit OP?
The generic publically available Outcast ID can pirate in I think it was around 80 systems. While able to fly 5k transports and battleships to use them in said 80 systems. I do think that it's OP, and in case of our ID I think I have nerfed it a little. Piracy right now brings not a lot and being more of the RP element to bring unlawful charm to the faction.
Naturally, our ID will be under faction control and will not be publically available.

No ZOI, ability to attack anyone who your own faction declares hostile, ability to claim bounties AND pirate anyone? And even 4300 cargo ships out of the blue. This is grossly overtuned ID.
What ID are you using now, since there is no information despite it being mandatory per official faction request rules.

We are basing on the Outcast ID.
We are dropping battleships and 5kers from the ID, this should not be a thing, 4.3k is the de-facto standard for non-generic factions.
Outcast ID says "Can attack any ships" I've changed it to the one that actually forces follow diplomacy, I do think that's better. And that's a weaker line.
Every ID can claim bounties really. I mean there are somewhat about 2-3 boards Sirius-wide that we can hope for, considering most of the boards are House owned and we won't cooperate with actual House affiliates ever. Because I restrict players from dealing with House enforces or affiliated corps. Yikes.
I did not write it out of my head, Snank, I was looking at existing public IDs. For example public and freely available without any officialdom or recruitment procedure Coalition ID (the only practical difference is that it's able to police illegal cargo globally instead of piracy):
Quote:Pilot carrying this unlawful ID is a member of the Coalition, who:
- Can attack any ship in self-defense or to protect an allied ship.
- Can attack ships which belong to a house or organization considered hostile by the Coalition, except transports.
- Can demand Slaves, Cardamine, Liquid Cardamine, Artifacts, Nox, Hypnotainment Bands, Nomad equipment, Nomad remains, and attack if ships refuse to comply.
- Cannot use any transports with more than 4,300 cargo.
- Cannot participate in unlawful actions except as described above.
Allowed ships: Fighters, Freighters, Transports, Gunboats, Cruisers
And the Outcast ID which we are basing on for reference. With the ability to attack literally everyone without considering any diplomacy on battleships in what should be around 80 systems. Lazy to count.

- Cannot ally with any lawfuls except when allying with Bretonia or Rheinland lawfuls

Sadly no one is discussing the faction, only ID lines.
This does not negate the fact that the faction, not having a rating on the background of the rest, seeks to obtain official status "on the go."
Try to get comfortable, being this fraction, to understand whether it is worth its 500 million. As a newbie to this mod, I noticed "fractions for 1 month" - these are the guys who initially look cool, do something, and then fall silent. Just because in this faction is nothing to do. I would like people to think more before doing. I do not want to offend anyone, but still.

There's always a risk of losing interest or rage quitting, no one is safe from stress or IRL problems. I started off with GCs, having some experience with the Outcast ID factions in particular. NC- and L\- is something that I wrote and it's not like they did too bad. Though L\- got official from the second attempt when I was away. In any case, I have learned something from the mistakes of two said factions. This particular idea I had back in 2017 and got some draft even, but my character got busy with the Core|. This is a well-thought concept it, but I understand why it seems rushed for you.
People who I gathered for this know what we are doing. I like creating concepts and I love when some people are joining to play it. This idea got people who did not write RP in years to go and write something in LG|. Which is touching for me and as of now it's already worth it.
Biggest risks I see are about balancing the faction origin and what it meant to be, which is pretty close to BHG for unlawful purposes. It will be challenging and fun at the same time, explaining it to unlawful groups who we want to support, that yes we kinda look like the Outcasts, but we just sell some services. End even this application by itself will make some people take us differently.
500m is something that is a lot for me because as we speak I will be left with like 17 million in my bank once GMs will take money.
