Following the annexation of Planet Gran Canaria by Bretonia, an exodus of the Zoner population soon followed and the migrants fled to Planet Pygar in Omicron Theta. Although colonization of the planet is underway, considerable delays due to the harsh climate on Pygar have stunted progress. The local Zoners have reached out to Ageira Technologies to build a Docking Ring and Mooring Fixture so that larger ships may safely dock with the fledgling colony and begin establishing critical infrastructure on Pygar. With the frame of the Docking Ring now set in place, Ageira are in position to bring in the technical components required to finish construction.

You sell the parts at this station Corfu Base, Omicron Theta. So you don't need to use a freighter, you can fly a big transport

But if you want to land on the planet, yes, the biggest ship would be a freighter.
