That leaving thread almost passed by as sneakily as you were, damn.
If I'll ever make an expedition out of Sirius' borders and stumble upon a Mako, I will tell them tales about what happened since their departure ^^
Good luck out there.
Thank you for everything you've done for this community, it won't be forgotten. If you ever wish to return, those who're left stranded here will welcome you with open arms. Goodbye, take care.
Thats a shame, the Apahanta's story is a great srp, a good example of what someone can do with a single ship and character. Sadly it seems like leaving is all thats left when you hit the ceiling here. Its also a shame it seems that people are leaving from nothing to do or hitting a barrier in development. To me, we desparately need new things to do in game.
But we see good quality high interest/involvement players go so others can be happier. Discovery has proven to be a perfect microcosm of the world, as people immediately went to doing what people always do, grab as much for themselves without any thought to the imbalance it causes.
The developers siezed control and are now happy with their regime and its unqestioning supporters. And no, I'm not actually a meloncolly personality, I just never saw such behavior from people until playing here (I was well out of school by the time I found the server). For those who don't like my attitude, instead of blaming me, blame yourselves and the high and mighty attitudes out there (which comes from people worshipping staff instead of reminding them they are actually still mortals).
I must tell you now, before you leave for good. For me you were No1 in:
- humor, meaning your comments in general (showing us our weaknesses and strengths in a funniest possible way), those silly infocards and actually a lot of what you said on every corner of the game,
- combat reporting, meaning that one for BAF with ships blueprints. Funny part is that you were not amused by combat at that time already.
