Also will be guaranteed, that all points of §2.3 will be strictly adhered.

Please allow me, Herr Inspekteur, to introduce myself to you. My name is Benedictus von Hageland. I have been appointed today to be the voice of the Convoying Mining and Building company. If I may, I would like to make you a short description of CMB company.
The rather aging company was founded in early 799. At the time, this company was nothing but a teenager dream. Its founder, Ferdinand Rollston and its friend Nicolas von Rueblaes bought their first Humpback the next year, right in the middle of the Nomad’s war. 3 years later, the arrival of the first super transporter quickly drew the CMB to a astonishing growth during 16 consecutive years. In mid 819, contacts occured between Daumann Heavy Construction and our company was integrated to the largest rheinland company.
Our first step as Daumann is to build the new mining facility in the Wildspitzefeld in Koeln and move our mining and transport HQ there.
We therefor inform you, by this present application, our will to build a mining depot in the name of DHC to extract aluminium ore.
We stay fully available to any information you may require further more and look forward to hear from you Herr Inspekteur.

So far so gut, your application only lacks two little things:
First, make sure, that besides DHC- there is another official Rheinland Corporation
on the list for docking access. Right now the other one would be RepEx|.
The second issue is the registration fee of 100.000.000 credits. Please send
50.000.000 credit to RFP|Arsenal and the other 50.000.000 to [RM-ARM]-Behemoth-001.
We also like to see visual proof of these transactions. Once you have fullfilled both requirements, the Bergbau.Depot will be officially registered.
