There was no gank. There was not a SINGLE gank in that fight. HF brought:
At least two cloaking Arbiters, both of which decloaked on our BSes.
An Overlord.
An Osiris.
Three Battlecruisers.
The Reavers.
Compared to:
An Atlantis.
An Overlord.
Two LABCs.
Two Gunboats.
EDIT:
Here is the list of large HF-allied vessels that exploded in that fight.
HFB-Infernal - Cloaking Arbiter
SNS-Puerto.Rico - LABC
[HF]-HFB-Minotaur - Cloaking Arbiter
[HF]-HFBC-Invictus - HFBC
Amenhotep - Osiris

They just docked when we finnaly had higher numbers to challenge them. They when they are sure they have higher numbers they log back in together and gank everyone red. This is not fun.
We had nice long fights when we logged snubs instead and just 1-2 caps to tank
Can't expect to out-cap liberty with their metagaming and numbers advantages
I hope you will leave lib lawfuls and join rogues and/or the new Sep+Legion ID, so there's more balance in player bases
And it's up to devs to make the new seplegion enticing enough for indies to join too and actually make balanced cap battles a thing
they all came after the fight was already OVER after the Overlord, and I died. they trickled in and you picked em off easy. Yeah super fair fight bro.
And that's our fault... how?
All I saw during the battle was an Arbiter failing to norpengage in the middle of the fleet, BSes ditching their BCs and cruising away, and some light/med BSes and BCs tanking 2 lawful BSes and 2 labcs and dying horribly.

so what you're saying is you didn't take time to assemble your forces in a central location, you let your tactical advantage slip by not scanning the Lakenheath to see it had a cloak disruptor, you didn't ride the lane down in your BSes to crash into the Overlord and Atlantis less than 500m from a trade lane ring, you didn't properly focus targets, and you want to blame it on me
That's been their trademark since forever no? It's common knowledge that LSF + LN Metagame gank always seems to have been
why get upset about it, just join the other side and play the same metagames

or as you said just don't log in Liberty
I'd very much like to know what you are referring to as "metagaming" here. The only thing that comes to mind is the Player List, which can't be really considered as metagaming, because it is a feature in the game, that can't really be removed, not to mention that if not all, then the majority of the players use that to find interractions and alike.
If this is what you are referring to "metagaming", then consider using a different expression instead, because actual metagaming is sanctionable, and right now you are accusing LN and LSF players of breaking rule 1.5.
