Let's go a step further, only white male can lead official factions. And add higher education on qualifications required.

Yeah, and he has to be older than 30, but younger than 40.
Having family, served in the army, and having no criminal or psycho records in real life.
And most importantly only for citizens of the USA!
Oh and don't forget about having 2 years of experience to lead a faction!
