you don't need you to remind me the zoner id, or any player that uses a zoner trade ship, the reason why i wrote that, is that some of those players may not know that, Langedoc is house sovereign space, and when they find it could be too late

I can smell "Boo hoo, KNF killed me for no personal gain, so they're just farming blues on transports" feedback posts coming, so it'd be cool if there was a fence point for that stuff, or some kind of reward for killing people carrying the cargo.
Kinda like torpedoing the Red Cross imo. Why would anyone reward murder? These are refugees being evacuated and not 'cargo' to be stolen. Killing refugees on non-combatant ships is generally frowned upon and would probably have some serious inRP consequences for groups that do that, esp. a house military.

And for the Military supplies? Also, given that this is Enclave, the glassers of Leeds, non-combatant is kind of not a viable story to play with. That's the entire prospect of such things as Mutual Assured Destruction. If one side was perfectly ok with genocide, then all who support that side will be assumed to have been ok with the action. The same goes for committing the action. Also, since I've been told that this is Kusari's vengeance war, and not actually about the dumb "get all the warwolves", how would Royalist civilians even matter to them? Wars fought on emotional standpoints generally have a "no holds barred" attitude anyway.
I'll do something about my superiority complex when I cease to be superior.
"Whatever happened to catchin' a good old-fashioned passionate ass-whoopin and gettin' your shoes, coat, and your hat tooken?"

I never said anything about military aid friend
So as far as killing civilians goes, are you making a statement on behalf of one side of belligerents in this battle that escaping women and children are to be treated no differently then a military target? Or are you trying to say that KNF or whoever hates the Enclave atm is ready to be just as bad as they think the Enclave is by committing the same crime?
Those are both bold statements for a single person to make.
From an RP standpoint, we (Phoenix) would always respond to a call for assistance to help a civilian population, and hope to prevent another massive loss of civilians even if their government has made some poor decisions in the past. As far as anyone else is concerned, they don't know about our relations with the Enclave so yes we can say we are humanitarians as long as we don't run the war supplies. What I'm trying to figure out is if the Kusarian forces will sink to that level themselves, and justify it by saying they did it to Bretonia so its ok for us to do to them. Seems like it would be wildly unpopular decision with the civilian populations and might just lead to the same sort of situation that got the Royalists knocked out of power after the 'glassing'. Just my observation.
Supplying war material is a much different matter and was not what I was commenting on, thus I made no mention of it. I don't think it is a requirement to run both the civilians and the supplies if a group of space hippies like us were asked for help.
Kusari has stated on multiple accounts that they have no desire to go out of their way to target 'Trade Vessels' or deal any significant damage to civilian infrastructure unless it can't be helped. They have their designated Military targets and will rain down fire on those specifically to attempt to cripple Gallia in the long run, shipyards are the most obvious. If Gallic Corporations move to assist the Defence forces and Enclave directly however, I can see them being targetted, an exception to their doctrine in this war.
However, if Kusari so desires, they could change this tune if they wanted. That said, Story has yet to hear as such. So for now, it is what it is.
When contending with a monster, you'd be wise to give the devil his due.

"I hope you understand that at first glance it's hard to tell from installations outside a House, like Cheronsee or La Charite, whether they are civilian or military infrastructure, but I swear the case with Roanne was just a traffic accident..."
Kusari: Gallia-san I want to be your best friend and trade H-Fuel with you!
Kusari, one day later: WAR! But no civilian casualties, pls
Kusari, a few months later: *Cheronsee destroyed, La Charite occupied, Nimes disabled, some Gallic corporation assets rammed by dumb Tokugawa officers* No. Civilian. Casualties.
