I RP a genocidal alien. My role is to kill you.
I perfectly understand what the role of a nomad is, but writing "I see the enemy" "attacking" is not enough, (nomads have a little differently), before the battle it will not hurt to play a little interaction, of course this is not necessary, but why not pump your skills role-playing in practice, and from the outside it will look much more interesting and better.

We would, but last time we did that Liberty got pissed because 3 BCs couldn't fend off 7 Ishtars with friends that had CD, including some cruisers, some VHFs, and some Bombers. The result of said pissyness was feedback spam and getting the Ishtar powercore nerfed to the point where we mostly just use Marduks now, unless there's some special reason not to.
We made chaos, got our hand slapped for making chaos, so we stopped making chaos. We are very good and nice faction, we don't persist when staff tells us to kys, we find something else to do.

The complete extent of K'hara rp is generally "I diagnose you with dead". If people can properly cower in fear and not run off at the mouth when confronted by the angry ascended alien race, then they're generally allowed to run away. However, few people actually do. Powertraders silently start shooting. Corsair runs away and comes back with 3 outcast dreads in tow. Various cringelords spread cringe in the nomicrons. When every answer to our existence is running to the nearest group of dreads, at some point we have to clap back. Roleplay that is sitting there listening to a cau8 ptrain tell us how sad he is that we killed toledo and which hole we should put our beautiful ships in isn't fun for anyone but the cau8 ptrain. Call the /1 /2 a metaphorical hit of the "skip dialogue" button.

This is actually relevant to my feedback for the K'hara faction.
I'll ignore my numerous and horrendous encounters with indie Nomads (who are pretty much NPCs in both ability and behaviour). But every single encounter with K'hara| on any of my non Order characters has resulted in a fight. Or destruction when my transport gets caught by an Irra. Which is fair enough, as the role of Nomads is genocidal aliens.
But what is the general roleplay of K'hara meant to be? I've seen and heard some complaints on Discord and sometimes on the forums about how people don't RP with you. What do you actually expect from any encounters?
Do Nomads actually expect/want grovelling or cowering in fear? Because my Zoner tried that in a Firefly and got called a warm metal husk and destroyed. My Freelance Corvo tried to engage in curious dialogue and got called a warm metal husk and destroyed.
Nomads are good antagonists in singleplayer, but it gets a bit confusing and messy when different players have different ideas when it comes to roleplaying an "advanced" alien species that cannot communicate with "lesser" species. Some want to kill, some want submission and fear (for some reason) and some just seem to want enjoy their perma cloak in the New York system.

Unfortunately, this is so, people do not want to interact with us, when I just started playing as an indie nomad, I did not use / 1/2/3, I was interested in developing a small plot of this meeting myself, deciding in which direction to lead it ... But people don't want role-playing games, now in 2021 it all comes down to the fact that a person farms with cau8 + kodname pistols and flies to fight using / 1/2, few people are interested in role-playing games.

We used to have a super high roleplay standard (when I first joined) that established what exactly we can and can't do, the telepathy rules, all of that. Through subsequent encounters with what I can only call MAD BS, it's been watered down to "Make your talking look ok, don't talk to AI's, don't be friendly". We've gotten stomped by enough stuff that we kinda just eat the hostility, shrug, and keep on keeping on. From player to player, you'll find a lot of deviation. Personally, I won't kill non-dangerous things if they don't tick me off. Fighters won't be shot by my caps unless they start shooting first, or start mouthing off. Transports won't be killed unless the same. If I find a fighter and I'm on a fighter, you're getting an engagement notice. If I find a cap at all, you're getting an engagement notice or I call for more bombers and then you get engagement notice. Unfortunately I don't engage caps in a fighter, or else those alts that sit in delta would have way more blues.
I'll do something about my superiority complex when I cease to be superior.

I've noticed a lot of hatred towards K'Hara, I've flown with them and they don't seem like jerks. I play an indie and thinking of joining them, Like most people here it seems I am not a complete twat and will not blow you up for no reason, actually Its highly unlikely I will blow you up unless you start running your mouth as I don't want people to not come back. Chased a Whale and a miner yesterday, no intention of blowing them up, but the miner was a complete jerk, something along the lines of "Go get therapy", pretty much on my KOS list now.
Have a bit of RP fun, engage with us.
PS can we go cause chaos again please? even if only in snubs
When I used to fly around with a friend who was k'hara he taught me there is no point in engaging in hostilities right off the bat, most players see a nomad and they either try to ignore it (which will result in said player getting shot although I fire some warning shots before full destruction) or go straight to combat mode, very few people want to RP with a nomad in my experience.
He played more of a curious alien which was the first thing about nomads I was taught (being new to the server), it was a lot of fun running around with him in a cloaked dread/BS and me in a HF/SHF, if people didnt start attacking us or just plain ignoring us we would normally leave them alone after we finished the conversion.
A once long forgotten warform had shed its transparent skin, letting itself to be seen to all standing before it. A beautiful, yet deathly sight to be seen. It left a dreadful roar in the space filled with unsavory words that woke it from its slumber, a warning for those participating in this spiteful exchange of arguments between one another to cease their transgressions towards the sacred land known as: "K'Hara Feeeeeeed back"
Before they knew, The Shamash had built a new transparent veil, dissapearing into thin air.
