Just to let you know, I have included the Gallic Government in to this Communication.
Does your Mother known that you have access to her Communication Console? She might not be too pleased to know that you have her password and sending spam messages out. This kind of thing can get you in to a heap of trouble.

Though I believe that your tone is unneeded. I thank you for sharing the information, as now we have all the documentation which is needed.
I would recommend you review your own paperwork. Specifically, the dates on which this installation registered, and how much was paid. From your own documentation, it appears to be outdated.
It could be a mistake of keeping up with the documentation since the reunion of Gallia, or a glitch in the system. From the documentation, you provided this installation is registered to a "Sabre Jess", now unless you yourself have committed identity theft, or the ownership of said installation has changed hands the paperwork, still doesn't work out. Either way I'd still recommend you update your papers.
As you have clearly shown your immaturity in this matter, I will just leave my advice.
Your accusation of extortion is unwarranted. Clearly, the Gallic Government is too busy to have noticed a floor in your papers. Either way, they can handle you now - Thank you for contacting them on my behalf.

This then means, in simple terms, that payment on the Modular Installation known as ZhonghuaGuyongJun Fortress is not out of date and therefore there is no case to answer or papers to update.

I am quite happy to say that I am not a Lawyer, but I will also happily leave it the hands of the Gallic Government Officials to decide if there is a case to answer.

Just one small thing that is niggling me, since when were the Union Corse given the power to enforce Gallic Laws? I have read the Gallic Laws, a copy is enclosed for you perusal and I find no mention of it:

The Maquis used to be a disaster to the now-defunct Minarchy, commencing devastating raids on civilian convoys.
