Good day to all High Command,

As of this day Zekks Little Cottage installation in the Pennsylvania system has now been fully dismantled.

46th|LNS-Argonaute and 46th|LNS-Michigan with Lieutenant Commander Amanda Brockhouse on board, have managed to bring the installation dismantling to a swift end.
This base was not hugely fortified or even strong enough to withstand our onslaught, and as reported before it seems that the base was totally unoccupied and degrading.

Operation over and done with and concluded.

I would recommend that a senior Admiral can communicate to the Liberty Government that the mission was a huge success and over very swiftly.

I have just seen developments regarding this individual ... or thing .... Android ... whatever we need to call it.

Basically the Liberty Security Force have taken the stance to hunt down this individual if it enters Liberty again, and also previous to my communication to the said, ANGEL - 09, It appeared yet again in Pennsylvania while doing my reconoiter of the installation we have dismantled.

The conversation led me to giving this android another chance, but seeing as we have Liberty Security Force taking the same stance as my original one, we may have to communicate with this android further.
I will be sending the android another communication, which will basically take the same stance as the LSF, and I would also believe the other Security forces of Liberty would be of the same opinion.

This android can be quite persuasive in its communication, and I hope this will resolve it coming into Liberty space.

It has recently come to High Command's attention, courtesy of a report filed by Captain Benson, that the Core's Trading Branch, APM, have been recently caught smuggling Cardamine in to Liberty and selling on Manhattan. Copy of the report can be found in the attachments at the end of this communique.

Naturally, we as Naval Officers of the Republic's Navy are duty and honor-bound to uphold and enforce Liberty Law. So, as of this point, I am clearing all Officers that have Recoil designators, to track and scan their transports anonymously. Should you find that there are more vessels hauling this illegal substance, then you are to immediately call it in over the net, get back up and ensure that the law is upheld. Evidence is also to be collected and reported to me directly within the Classified Reports.

Should any clarification on these orders be required, please report to me directly at Salt Lake.

Good day to all High Command, Recoil Operatives and Main Strike Force Officers,

It is now time to have our second operation within the confines of Vespucci, and now time to get our Insurgency operation into full swing.

OPERATION STINGRAY (PART 1)

Part one of Operation Stingray will take place tomorrow which is the 15th January 829, and will involve a Recoil mission into Vespucci, and will involve an intelligence operation ready for the main Strike Force second part operation which will be conducted in the near future.

Admiral Martin Kemp Smith will be in charge of this operation as long as he is able to return to the Sirius sector in time, and if he is not available then it will be down to myself to conduct the Recoil operation in his absence. This operation is highly sensitive and is to be conducted very swiftly and efficiently within the bounds of our protocols.
The Assault carrier 46th|LNS-Argonaute will be assigned as a central command vessel due to 46th|LNS-Tripoli which is the Recoil Main Command ship is in dry dock at present.

Argonaute will be commanded by myself, and will be accompanied by 46th|LNS-Anchorage commanded by Admiral Martin Kemp-Smith.

Various Recoil vessels will be used in this operation and will be supported by other Main Strike units, which will be based aboard the Assault Carrier Argonaute ready for launch during the operation. All ships involved will be jumping to Vespucci via the jump drive on Argonaute or Anchorage.

Details of the operation will be handed to all commanders within the next few hours, and will be encrypted for your eyes only and need to be followed completely. Included in this encryption will also be the time frame we have to complete the operation.

OPERATION STINGRAY (PART 2)

Part 2 of operation Stingray will be conducted at a later date, but whatever intelligence and recon information that can be gathered by Recoil will be used to identify the strength of the next operation and what is to be conducted.
Hopefully the second part of the operation will include a very large Strike and Assault Force, capable of pushing the Insurgency back and giving them a chance to think twice about confronting our forces and also other forces from Liberty.

Also it may be necessary to get other Liberty forces involved in this second operation to bolster our forces and show the Insurgency traitors that they cannot expect us to just sit back and let them come to Liberty without repercussions.

So my message to all operatives today is, to get yourselves prepared and make this Insurgency scum feel the full wrath of the 46th Fleet and its allies.

Good day Fleet admiral and Admiral,

Once I relocated to Salt Lake after being aboard our Carrier Argonaute, I sat at my desk and opened my terminal to find an encrypted meesage from the Kepler system and was from the Starflier Base near Ames Research Station.

The message has been applied to this communication and also, the subject of this message has an interesting History which I have managed to pull from some Naval archives which you may be interested in. The additional information will be held by myself for the time being.

As I am the first one present and am in Command of Salt Lake operations, I will immediately launch a Recoil recon vessel into the Kepler system to investigate the findings and also the concerns of the Starfliers, because after all they have been a very good ally to us in supplying our Hyperspace Coordinates recently.

I also think we need to convene in our meeting room concerning our ARMOUR deliveries and also the delayed action on part 1 of OPERATION STINGRAY.

I look forward to a reply from both of you on these matters.

Good day to all,

It has come to my attention that one of our ARMOUR transports, has been badly disabled by a pirate who goes under the name Edward.Teach and he pilots a Bomber vessel.

This individual wanted a Navy Convoy to pay him 5 million Credits, but obviously the two ARMOUR pilots refused, and he opened fire on them.

The ARMOUR vessels returned fire and had caused a lot of damage to this individual, but 46th|ARMOUR-Camouflage was badly disabled and thanks to Lieutenant Commander Tony Storn who came to assist, it meant that 46th|ARMOUR-Valentine was able to carry on with needed supplies to Salt Lake HQ.

This individual will be put onto our database and will be hunted down by 46th vessels and aprehended on sight.

I will not tolerate my Transport ARMOUR vessels being hit like this, when they are alone and not under escort, but I will commend both pilots who managed to damage the Pirate extensively just before Lt. Cmdr Storn arrived to disable his vessel.

Today was the Lady of Leeds at an Observation and Traffic Controle Post at Manhattan Orbit as we caught a Smuggler Called Jane.Doe with a Load of Sorted Artifacts. The Smuggler was able to Land on the Planet so we have Informed the LSF Beauro Planetside to Confiscate the Load and Fined the Ships Capitan as soon as it slipped out of Mooring again. At first, the Capitan was not really Supportive and we had to Raise the Base Fine of 3 Million Credits to 4 Million Credits, and after we had threatened the Pilot to put her on the Shoot on Sight List she became much more Cooperative. I only use this Threat as a last measure if the Pilots are Realy Rude and unresponsive. The Pilot showed a Lack of Knowledge of the Laws of Liberty and I have to Send a Copy of the Laws of Liberty together with the Bill of the Fine. The Pilot was really Rude during some parts of the Conversation so I would advise all Operatives to have a thick Hide when they have a Talk with her.

Good Day,

It seems we are apparently getting more and more incursions into Liberty from the Insurgence traitors, so basically we will have to do something about this and as a start I have re deployed 46th|LNS-Bounty my Overlord to New York.

This is temporary until we acn make sure the insurgence is dealt with in the proper manner, and basically driven as far back as possible into the holes that they crawled out of.

It appears that War plans will need to be initiated, and I am sure all High Command members and myself will be convening very soon to discuss this.

Also I would like to Welcome our new recruits to the Fleet, and I am aware that we have just had four of them, and I believe they have all been briefed on their duties and I wish them good luck.

Greetings to the Fleet,

As you are all no doubt aware, smuggling has been on the rise within the Republic. LPI has thus far not been able to deal with the large increase, and our policies towards this likewise have failed to curtail the issue.

Therefore, effective immediately I am implementing a zero-tolerance policy regarding non-compliant smugglers within the borders of Liberty.

Once evidence is obtained, the lawful order to comply with the seizure of said contraband and payment of fines will be given. If the smuggler in question does not comply with lawful orders given, their vessel is to be disabled and impounded without further deliberation.

Additionally, confirmed smugglers that refuse to halt their vessel or actively evade arrest upon evidence being collected, are to be disabled immediately without hesitation.

In order to further put the pressure on, I am hereby tasking Delta-Squadron with new deployment orders aimed at stopping this scourge upon our House.

It has come to the attention of both Fleet Admiral Tanner and myself, that there has been a long on-goin issue with your demeanour and representation of the Fourty-sixth Fleet.

This, in line with the Fleet's Code of Conduct that all Senior, Mid-command and Lower-command Officers are held to, has been breached and you are to be held accountable for your actions.

Subject to the Fleet's Code of Conduct, you are hereby charged with the following articles:

- Article 2-D
Behavior towards others
A person’s anti-social behavior can be a nuisance to others within the fleet. In extreme circumstances, it can also place the fleet or individual operatives at risk of danger. Such behavior includes but is not limited to abusive language, harassment, bullying, aggressive attitudes and offensive personal habits. Operatives should also be considerate towards those who may be asleep whilst others are awake.

- Article 2-E
Compliance with fleet rules and procedures.
Any operative of the 46th must abide by the applicable fleet-specific rules and procedures.
These include but are not limited to rules and procedures relating to the Laws of Liberty.

- Article 3-1
Willful damage to the fleet’s reputation or status.

- Article 3-4
Conduct that endangers the fleet or its operatives.

- Article 3-5
Behavior which seriously detracts from the day-to-day workings of the fleet.

- Article 3-7
Behavior which seriously detracts from the social well-being of any other person within the fleet, including but not limited to bullying, harassment, intimidation and coercion.

The above breaches of conduct by a Senior Office, especially a Vice Admiral is to be treated as Gross Misconduct, and as such, will be treated with severely and without appeal. You are hereby demoted to the rank of Captain, effective immediately, and will lose your position within the Fleet's High Command. You will be placed on a two (2) month probationary period, to which you will serve with distinction, or there will be further reprimands. You are to retain your status as Head of Salt Lake Station, but will report directly to the Fleet Admiral or myself pertaining to matters of requests and events.

Frankly, Creed, we are disappointed and I think you know that too.
