"I'm glad to hear this. I'll let Sis know to get a few bottles, just in case.."
She smirked lightly. Drinking quite a lot in one go, thinking how Raven was a sly one but she learnt over the years how to avoid saying too much, even towards friends and family. Business was supposed to stay business.
"Quite a few guesses.. we're aware of Corsairs being unpredictable. Nobody in their right mind will freely invite them on our Planets and bases. Oh and, not exactly. Guess there is no harm in telling; It's about causing a massive distraction of Outcasts in the Sigma cluster. Occupy them, force them to reduce their presence in the Tau sector to a minimum."

Another gulp, her worries were at least distracted by the flavour of the red poison. A comfort drink to be sure, it soothed the mind from the affliction within her mind.
"...good-good... would have hated if they were trying to worm their way in.."
"Have you not tried Port Tawney from Gallia? Certainly has a divine fruity taste to it. Though, heh, maybe I shouldn't get too excited over such trivial things. There's a lot more to explore and experience. I wanted to experience diving, marine biology, I find it about as fascinating as searching the stars.
... Though, I suppose I should get that application in as soon as possible. Hopefully it'll finish by the time I return from my errands."
"No, I really haven't tried it. Not like there is any real chance to try it nowadays anyways. Good luck getting your hands on Gallic goods here."
Sanae outed bluntly, she for herself considered the total fallout of diplomatic relations a mistake - yet had no sympathy with this same people who quietly sat idle and let Leeds happen.
After another sip and a light sigh, as she was slowly feeling the alcohol, she gave Raven a smile and continued: "We can go to the registry later, if you want.. but.. diving? I can see more and more why you consider Honshu.. it has a more fascinating oceanic world than New Tokyo too, did you know? ... you make me want to try and get a few days off to relax, not like I actually could do so now.. mmh."

Entertained by the idea of having a Wine smuggler, she smirked, lightly jesting,
"Oh, I'm sure I can find a way to sneak through to get Wine, or have someone obtain it for me... Though, truth be told, the Rheinland market should have it. "
Taking another regal sip on her glass, a warm smirk emerged.
"Something to consider in the future then, no harm in experimenting with your activities - you may never know what you enjoy as a newfound hobby. Although I don't anticipate you having a lot of free time with your new occupation.
Though, I'm not going to delay the application by any means, would be ridiculous to waste the processing time when I am out finishing up my task. "
"Hai, I suppose exporting it through Rheinland is an option.. uh-huh. Actually a really good idea. It's not like Gallic goods are actually banned here."
She smirked briefly after finishing her glass, leaning a little over towards Revenant. "Meaning.. you are also tasked with getting your hands on a few bottles for me, after your errands and the paper work!"
Experimenting, the adventurous life. She missed it, at least sometimes. Then she remembers that it inevitably leads to Raven's current situation. Maybe Sis' decision to push her into politics was a good one after all, not just over the changes she can push...
"You on the other hand, hopefully will have enough time soon. Settle down, discover new hobbies and activities for yourself and staying out of danger. Oh right, I forgot to ask. You arrived here recently, where are you even staying at?"

She continued to glare, providing a warm smile. Sanae was still familiar in attitude, that friendly attire, that prodding for information.
"Best that you have a courier to go grab those goods whenever you want... Which, I presume, you also mean me. "
Rolling her eyes, she took another sip momentarily.
"Neheeheh, am I getting paid for this second job? No-no, it's a joke, I don't expect you to. "
There was a moment of ponder. Sanae knows that she was around on Honshu, but she wasn't adamant on letting her know about Aria and the family. Twirling the wine glass in her hand in ponder,
"Oh, there will be a long time yet before I consider retirement. Lots to tie up. Connections have to be made if I wish to seek the academic interests. I don't think I will ever truly retire from my interests. No matter how hard I try, I will inevitably run off and... discover. Learn. My friends tend to compare me to a bird, but, perhaps they're not so wrong about it.
If I ever do learn how to remain in one location, I would consider investing into the tech community. "
Sanae poured herself some more of her drink, took a sip and suddenly gave Raven a serious look. "Just make you tie those loose ends sufficiently. You should be able to keep you and people close to you safe, following this. Pursue your dreams and desires as you wish, going elsewhere for a time, research, experience. This is all great, so long as you can tell yourself that you are not in immediate danger - such as now. We might had our ups and downs, scarce contact for many months at times, but you're still a friend - unhindered by our each affiliations. You know that, right?"
She sighed, dropping the seriousness a little and giving her a smile.

She continued to give that warm glance, seemingly unphased. Though, it was relieving to some degree that Sanae was addressing herself as a friend.
"Oh, I am well aware of loose ends. Some may never be fully tied... Contrary to most, I don't forget those who help me, and I certainly do not betray friends. If you'e in trouble, I'll do what I can. "
Idly, she analysed the wine glass in her palm, swirling the quarter full liquid around in a circle. Pondering. Thinking about the future may hold, if there is even one after the task with Harbinger. She puckered her lips, creasing the tension for a moment while she thought. Memories of recent incidents came to surface, remembering how all of her close friends turned away, how many people and organisations betrayed her over the years. And now, she is tasked with something far greater, a task so monumental that it cannot be achieved alone.
Sanae had been honest, she considered Raven a friend even after all this years. Perhaps it was just her weird tendency to hold onto old friends, now that a lot of them disappeared - some of which she later found out died. "You're silly now. Why would you betray me? I know that I can trust you, if I didn't trust you, we wouldn't sit here."
She took a sip, her eyes wandering off into the distance. So many of them, Hans, Sader, the list of disappeared or deceased friends was awfully long, the list of people currently worthwhile of being called a 'friend' awfully short. At the end of the day, she was Kusari's Prime Minister. A position rendering finding new friends rather complicated - as she noticed with Shimamori a while ago. "I just don't want to lose another one of my friends... too many already. And you are one of my dearest ones."

Revenant took her word, though she had some reflection upon choice of word, understanding that she was projecting her own fears. Nervously rubbing her own cheek with her free palm, flushing mildly in embarrassment,
"Ah - erm - well ... -- I suppose... these days most people are a bit too materialistic in their desires... Would you not agree? Had a few friends turn on me for... I suppose political gains. Always unsure who you can truly trust these days. "
Taking a small sip to regain her composure, though her palm was a little unsettled by stress, subtly quaking from neurological damage. A certain memory arose as Sanae mentioned about too much loss, how Hunt lost his mind and tried to kill everyone on that one expedition. Regret was certainly had on the day he left with a team of people to the edge of Sirius. She felt that she could have prevented the matter.
"Too many familiars drifting away... all for different reasons... Or end up in horrendous accidents... That's how I lost Hunt. "
