Some events occured that you personally can be interested in and I'd like to consult with you on the further course of action. It can benefit the regiment as a whole, too - in the unconventional warfare that we will be fighting, in cargo interdiction - and potentially seek out sympathetic locals. Even if moderately, we're not going to get far on just scavenging.

First of all, I suggest you reconsider the use of names used by the Sirius Houses and call things what they should be called - therefore Brittany, not Orkney. Using our toponyms is just a small step towards regaining control of these places, whether our enemies want it or not. Besides, most of our people are just less tolerant than I am, they can and probably won't like the use of Sirian place names. Bear this in mind.

We have encountered the aforementioned 'Oracle' and it was but a Zoner, however since this moment forward we will be more careful approaching this individual. Perhaps interrogation is the quickest way to resolve the mystery - affiliated this one with the Oracles and other cultists or he is but a stranger. One lost in the misty ice fields of the Hebrides.

As fore the Bretonian Intelligence, I am not sure that you can cheat a cheater: they are a certain threat, well trained to infiltrate our ranks, pretending to be collaborates and else. We had to suffer of this in the past, we should not have this in the future. I'd highly advise to reconsider your approach toward the assassination, however if you are sure in your charm, you might try to turn the round and either use this particular agent for our ends or recruit him as an information source within the BIS ranks. This one I leave fore yourself to consider.

Not sure what I read from Log Attachment #2, however, considering your contact with the BIS agent, and now this - you are for certain have something that make these people trust you. Whatever it is, I for certain lack this quality.

If you decide to get closer with the Auxesians, watch after your equipment and ship. They are well known techno-kleptomaniacs, 'harvesting' whatever lays unwatched. As for the rest - I value results the most, and you are entrusted with freedom in your actions as long as they bring no harm to our people and do not disclose locations of key facilities. Perhaps, even the techno-kleptomaniacs can serve their purpose to our case, who knows.

... this isn't going to do at all, conquest isn't done in names, but in the force of arms, in strategy and tactics, in... psychology. Get real, we're far from that. Brittany is ravaged by aliens, it's a lawless and chaotic place. Bordeaux is a graveyard looming with radicalised marginals unleashing flesh-eating bacteria on their precious pristine world. Can you say we've got solid control over any of it, are marginals pacified and Bretonians or the rats of the Union routed?

No, no, no and no. We've got a long way ahead to go and mounting illusions on illusions to indoctrinate isn't the way to spark the flame to claim what's ours.

I trust in my old soldier's charm alright, and don't worry. I won't let anything of mine fall in kleptomaniacs' hands. Well aware of the reputation and it's all with built-in self-destruction. Without my authorisation it goes kaboom in 72 hours, unless I manually disable it between flights.

The only real value of Brittany was the pathway to Hebrides. It lost its value when EFL engaged their Jump Gate heading to Gironde. Since that moment forward, value of Brittany went to zero - no valuable resources our people could extract without spending going over income, nor habitable planets - ice and stones, covered by gas. That's all Brittany is. Its loss might be even a relief to Gallia, as now Bretonia will be busy with the Nomads in their neighbourhood, not ours. Gallic worlds are far from Brittany, and that only anomaly was unique due to distance of travel it allowed, and stability it had after multiple large vessels, the Vauban including, passed through it. Alas, now its gone.

Bordeaux was a jewel of Sirius, conquered by Gallia. Mad Gaians poisoned this world but our scientists might discover how to undo this effect one day, once the Kingdom is restored and every vermin is eradicated from our territory. No need to drop a tear of what's now done, but only focus on getting goals accomplished and things done.
