I was wondering when last time lurked around in the RP secion.
Is there any kind of limits what a fictional story cannot reach in order to prevent deletion or sanctions? I'm well aware of those limits what are obvious and sensitive, however topics like torture, cannibalism, etc for example are allowed or not?
I tried to find answer about this but unfortunately couldnt manage to reveal all answers. In case you know the hidden place where I can get the relevant info, or you are a Moderator, Admin yourself, I would be glad to know more about this.
One thing's for sure, child sex slavery is definitely against the rules. Graphic violence, however, seems to be fine.
Edit: Actually, I remember an in-game encounter a while back where someone was describing in local chat an extremely gruesome act of torture. While it wasn't reported, everyone present agreed that it was absolutely beyond what should be allowed and the person roleplaying it was reprimanded by other members of their faction.
I had this conversation with another player not too long ago.
I don't find the subject itself wrong, but minding how far you are going to go into detail seems more important. Especially when talking about horrific scenes.

implicate but don't be obscenely graphic
1.1 - Materials that are: abusive, adult / pornographic, advertising, defamatory, discriminatory (e.g. racist), graphic, law-violating, obscene, political or vulgar are not allowed.
best to keep it PG+13, treat it like a star wars novel or so. obviously dont break the law with child porn, bestiality, etc.
Thank you for your feedback also the additional information.
@Toaster its kinda obvious for sure, I was not asking for self-explanatory cases, however thank you for the heads up. Actually I've never met with anyone who made me unconfortable about the topic or language (exlude cursing and F bombs here), it just popped up in my mind.
So the conclusion if I get it right, that there is no "official border" however 1.1 (thanks pointing on that @Kauket) still stands as a guide. Plus its always welcomed to mention at the very beginning what the reader could expect.
