Greetings to you, my fellow Zoners. I hope this day finds you well. My name is Doctor Sailas Montgomery, CEO and Lead Researcher of the Zoner research group Starlight Research Consortium (or SLRC for short).
The reason I'm reaching out to you today is because we're beginning major upgrades on "Ikarus Station" (presently named Ikarus Storage Facility 03); our facility located in Tau-23. We're looking into upgrading one of the bays into a Hydroponics farm with the eventuality of using much of our research data and engineering teams to construct Biodomes for long term sustenance independence from other locations. The hope is this will allow us to attain this independence from Freeport 10 in Tau-37 and be less of a strain on their supply lines.
We discussed it internally, and the reason we reached out to OSI instead of another Zoner group is because of the fact that Freeport 9 is a large food production center and you all are quite skilled at logistics. The combination of these fields of knowledge make you quite a powerful force in the world of Hydroponics. We're hoping you might be able to train some of our recently graduated scientists in this field of study so that we might also develop a food production center rivaling Freeport 9 in Tau-23.
Feel free to let us know what kind of payment you would find acceptable for this assistance or if you would be able to provide it at all. Additionally, what supplies we would need to provide to Ikarus in order to facilitate this research and development? We can adjust our systems to properly award you financial payment for delivering goods to the station required for this development if that is sufficient.
We will await your response. Have a wonderful day!

Director Abonwood here from Omicron Supply Industries.
Your Request has been seen and I will be taking this to the next Board Meeting to discuss your request
You appear to be new to our Books in regard to Zoner group's, and though its always good to see our people thriving, we always need to be wary of who we potentially work with.
So with that, would you mind explaining a bit more about yourselves whilst the Board deliberate.
Regards

It is a pleasure to meet you. I would be happy to tell you a bit about us!
We are a fairly recent startup and I am a recent convert to the Zoner way of life. Being raised in Bretonia for most of my adult life, I've come to realize I have a certain disdain for many of the policies that House governments and companies adhere to; too much red tape for research permissions, equipment licenses and what not. Most of the discoveries are far out in the more, if I can be forgiven for using an ancient term here, "wild west" systems anyway.
In regards to Starlight Research Consortium (SLRC), our Modus Operandi is as follows:
Research and Development (R&D) with other facets such as transportation and security orbiting this as support.
We are stationed in Tau-23, as I indicated earlier, due to the fascinating Baxter Anomalies that have flared up in system as a result of the damage caused to the Languedoc Jump Gate during the recent hostilities in system.
Additionally, we perform hyperspace surveys in various systems which we not only use as a source of funding for our research projects, but also as a source of study.
Lastly, we are currently working on plans to begin development of certain systems such as Jump Drives, Cloaks, and other devices meant to be utilized as an additional income stream for our other research projects which are currently either on-going or in the planning stages. This is the reason we reached out to you in this communication, to begin procedures to upgrade our base of operations in Tau-23 to be able to more fully support these upgrades so that we might proceed with these development tasks.
Our hope, with this assistance from you and your people, is we will be able to fully realize the dream of making Ikarus Station (our base in Tau-23) a center fit for not only research but development as well into cutting edge technology in systems meant for both everyday life as well as for ships and vessels of a variety of sizes that can be utilized by those people who purchase them. We aim to lift humanity as a whole into new scientific progress with our discoveries, keeping only the most dangerous revelations secret from those who would seek to use them to harm.
I hope that gives you a bit of an explanation as to our purpose and goals. If you wish to have anything clarified, please do not hesitate to reach out to do so. Also, beyond this assistance into Hydroponics, we hope that in the future we are able to work together on other items as well. We are available to gift assistance in whatever you request as payment for this endeavor unless payment is more desired.
We will await your response!

Director Abonwood here.
After speaking with the board and looking at the resources we put into our own people. its been agreed that we can offer a pair of training packages.
The First would be 40 million credits. This would cover the basic's of Biodome construction and Management using pre developed Biodome blueprints, atmospheric regulation, emergency procedures and should the need arise, how to relocate a Biodome.
We then offer an advanced package for 100 Million which will cover all of the above but would also offer Biodome design tuition which would allow you to design and potentially build your own Biodomes. This package allows you exclusive access to the Engineering team found at Freeport 9 who manage design and build not only the Biodomes of Freeport 9 but the Dome's built within the Cavern city of Planet Pygar.
Of course anything more specialised beyond that you would need to contact Synth Food's, they are the Sirius wide leader in Biodome Technology.

Apologies for the delay in responding, when I get caught up in research, I tend to lose track of other things. I have to have Dr. Wright remind me to answer communications. Ha!
This is wonderful news! Looking at our "coffers", so to speak, we have the requisite amount of credits needed to pay for the 100.000.000SC plan. Alternatively, if you're interested, we also have a large amount of research data that OSI might be interested in as an alternative form of payment. This would equal approximately 35 petabytes (assuming the normal price of 3.000.000SC per petabyte) of research data concerning the Baxter Anomalies in Tau-23 as well as a variety of other research data that you can sort through at your leisure to see if anything might "tickle your fancy".
Let us know where to send the credits or where we can meet up to deliver the Scientific Data to for this service. We look forward to your response!

Apologies for my own tardiness in replying.
I will again consult with the Board about the Science Data and see if that is preferable over Credits. I will be in contact with a reply as soon as I am able.

Greetings Director,
Following up on this request. Still no rush, we're catching back up on many things after our return to Sirius space from our research mission beyond the rim.

Greetings and Salutations, Celcius Abonwood.
My name is Dr. Rose Emery, I've been granted clearance from our director, Dr. Sailas Montgomery, to reach out to you on this matter.
We are following up on this information as we are nearing completion of our first phase of our station upgrade and we will need assistance with the biodome component of our upgrade in the coming months. We are working with AWES for the logistics component but will need your assistance with the research and directive components of assembling the biodomes.
Please reach out to me at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
Sincerely,
--Dr. Rose Emery Research & Development, SLRC Ever upwards, towards starlight!
Thank you for writing us. Your message to Celcius Abonwood was forwarded to the board as Celcius is currently on hiatus.
Your message has been received and OSI director William Kelso shall reply to your request shortly.
To: Dr. Rose Emery CC: OSI internal Subject: RE:Station Upgrades
Hello and good day Doctor Emery,
My name is Bartholomew Kelsomagus, CEO of OSI and my apologies for the slight delay in my response. As director Abonwood is enjoying some well and much deserved time off your request landed on my desk. I for one am delighted to once more be able to undertake an engineering project. Even though I'm not an engineer myself I have the privilege of working with a few great ones. Right here at OSI.
Having completed a solar panel upgrade for a customer in Rheinland a little over a month ago, I am sure OSI can be of service where it comes down to station upgrades. Especially the construction of bio-domes.
I have contacted the engineers at Nichols and they informed me that they can help you out but they do need some more information. Now what they need is to know not only the system but also the reason for the construction of the bio-domes. Also important is to know the level your station currently has and the level it wishes to acquire within a given time. Apart from that there is of course the matter of the budget you have.
All this information shall, of course, be regarded and treated as "customer confidential" yet it is vital information our engineers need. As we have constructed bio-domes on Freeports in the past we can draw these plans from the archives. This will take time and any information we get from your engineers will help us to make a good estimate.
Should you agree to this then please let us know and we will work out the details.
