I'll cut it short, since it's been a while.
I don't know who's in charge right now, but I guess my last name might look familiar to some of you lot.
A while back when... you-know-what happened to Grace, I disappeared from the Hacker Guard's ranks just as I disappeared out of the Legion's sight.
Now the reason I'm calling is that you may or may not have something of importance to me, in the sentimental sense, sitting on Monterrey.
Grace and I, we used to share a certain a ship, a 'Broadsword' bomber, or 'HFX-F2B' if you prefer the formal designation, called the 'Blue Dove'.
Well, we've both always had a sentimental attachement to the ship... I... I'd just like to get it back... there's little I've got left of her but memories... I don't know.
Doesn't really matter to you lot, I guess.
But, yeah. I'd like it back, provided it didn't get lost or vaporized and is still sitting on Monterrey.
Can't really say I'd know what to offer you in exchange, though.
Money's never been much of a concern, but if that's what you're after, I could spare some... if it's my, eh, support, that's a different thing.
See, I've kind of seperated myself from you lot and the Hacker Guard for reasons of my own, and I'd like it to stay that way.
Only support I could offer you in exchange would be, well, 'in the field', so to say.
Hopping in and aiding you lot in combat, recon, whatever, when I see you.
Could maybe make a delivery of sorts for you with the Stellar if you need something special really bad.
But that's about it.
I'm kind of really stuck hoping you'll just let me get back a little piece that connected my sister and me over the years a while ago, and that's it.
So I'm just another woman with just another wish.

I understand your request. Callahan was a valued Colonel, or so I hear. I never met her myself. However, I can understand your grief. You lost your sister. The Broadsword you once shared with her is doubtless in use, but I can understand your wanting it.
Unfortunately, Broadswords are quite expensive to create. We'll need to make a replacement for this missing one. They are also highly exclusive. I'm doing this only because of the service Callahan gave us along with her life. You may have this vessel - but only for thirty five million credits and some very specific... parts... that the Legion requires. You see, we lack certain smaller heavy weapons. Sure, we can build large fusion reactors, but we lack the technology to build smaller nuclear weapons both ground-bound and space-borne. As such, we will need five hundred Nuclear Devices delivered for study directly to the Legion stores in... you know. You will contact us at such a time as these devices are to arrive. The Atropos will be ordered to retain them.
I believe these terms are favorable to all involved. Agreed?

Me again... we've got your Nuclear Devices and are now approaching the Vespucci jumphole, but we've encountered a, well, problem of sorts.
As the Stellar Ranger is more or less a covert transport ship, it would propably register as a hostile on the long range scanners of the Ravager.
Provided beast is still there that is.
I'd greatly appreciate it if we could make contact over short-range communications first and be escorted inside Vespucci in order to avoid being vaporized by it.
As a compensation for that extra effort I pulled a few strings and acquired six hundred additional Nuclear Devices for you lot.
So, we'll be waiting in the Barrier in short-range communications range for whoever comes to pick us up.
