I've seen in a brochure about five years ago that you make androids. You pride yourselves with the technology you use, the striking human appearance and so on. I'm hoping you are still in business, because I want to make an order for a custom SC-500 unit or whatever other advancements you've done since. Just one for now. Well... I suppose we could talk real business should the opportunity present itself in the future. Maybe two more hundred units? If this one is done right I mean.
What do you think?

The SC-500 models have undergone extensive enhancements, including advanced combat software optimized through comprehensive data analysis of emerging threats within our corporate network. Additionally, their ship maintenance capabilities have been upgraded to incorporate the latest schematics of newly developed vessels, applicable across both civilian and military fleets.
To initiate the purchase of one (1) SC-500 model unit, please complete the necessary form on our Neural-Net Store.
For any additional inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us. Your request will be processed with priority.

Good to know the Company is alive and well. Equally good that you kept improving your craft. Say...you're an android yourself, right? You've been designed to carry out your programming as best as you can I assume.
I want to ask you for a favor. Yeah, I know. It's a bit early for that, and you'd be right to believe that. See, I really want to buy a model from you. Hell, even get a bunch more if you help me with this custom model. But what we're doing here? I'd like a 'human' to take over for now. Bring me someone capable and tell them it won't be for nothing. I sure hope you've still got actual humans in your Company. There are some things you machine heads can't exactly do. Or at least I believe you can't do.
Could you do that for me?

Dear Sir or Madam.
My name is James Percival, CEO of FuTech Innovations. Nathan has forwarded your request to my attention, considering the unique characteristics of your transmission signal in terms of encryption and general appearance within our network and the distinct nature of your inquiry. Given these circumstances, it is clear that your request necessitates a more specialized approach.
In line with our commitment to excellence, I will personally oversee the fulfillment of your requirements to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Please provide me with the specific features or capabilities you would like your SC-500 model to possess, and I will ensure that it is tailored precisely to meet your needs.
I look forward to your response.

Straight to the top, huh? Nice meeting you Mister Percival.
You're correct. I want this order done off the books as far as public appearances are concerned. That's not because I'm some terrorist or anything. Quite the opposite, actually. I'm a merc looking to right a few wrongs in his life. Can't quite do that, if everyone and their mother can see a public requisition form.
I want to order an android of yours that has a specific look. You will find yourself with a file containing biometrics and detailed appearance last saved seven years ago. I want to know if you can 'age' said appearance for the current day and apply it to an SC-500 unit.
Lastly, I want the android to be a 'blank' model. Barebones software or none at all depending on how you want to do this. Instead I'd like you to mount a receiver made by yours truly in the main processing unit. 'Brain', I guess.
How does that sound for you?

Dear Sir or Madam.
We can arrange for a model to be sculpted based on the visual data you have provided, and we can age it according to a biometric analysis that estimates the aging process of the sample.
If I understand your request correctly, you are essentially asking for a drone—an android without FuTech's proprietary programming, controlled instead by your own processing unit.
While we can wipe the default programming from the model, compatibility with the android’s physical functions will require you to provide the processing unit for installation. This installation must be performed by our engineers, as only they can ensure that the android operates correctly with alternative code. This is a complex procedure.
We will likely need to make certain adjustments to your programming to ensure stability, though these will not compromise your desired functions.
However, I am curious as to why you would opt out of utilizing our advanced proprietary programming. FuTech’s code represents the pinnacle of artificial intelligence, and replacing it not only increases the cost due to customization and integration requirements but also necessitates significant alterations to accommodate a foreign code.
Not to cause any misunderstanding, we are fully capable of meeting your request. But it is unusual for a client to forgo the exceptional advancements our AI offers in favor of what is essentially a lifelike drone. Please, do enlighten me.

As a gun for hire you subject yourself to a lot of dangers. There are risks - environmental or human. I got to experience both which put me in the current position. Some deformed merc who resorted to cybernetic enhancements until there wasn't much left to replace. I could've gone the other way and seek proper medical help. I was too much a hothead back then to do that though. Yeah, I guess I'm strong now. Best I've ever been compared to how I was before. Nowadays I can't walk the streets without someone looking over their shoulder and whisper a little bit of slander.
At this point it shouldn't come as a surprise that I want to make a change. Consider that android as my 'formal wear'.
I wish I could be of help and let your engineers work on my OS, but that is prone to fail eventually. What I'm using right now is very fragile. I barely got it to keep my cybernetics in check - prevent them from burning my nervous system. Best we could do... if you'd agree, of course - is send me a data packet with the soft' and what might be needed to change hardware-wise. It'll be on me in case anything goes bad.
If you think that's a bad idea, then let me clarify that it is worse to alter an OS you might not be familiar with. My solution can get the job done through isolated trial and error. Caveman's solution, I know, but it lets me sleep at night.

Dear Sir or Madam.
As strange and, in my eyes, unambitious as your request is in terms of the marvellous possibilities of our technology is, we will adhere to your request and create an android that will have your requested appearance.
We will deliver the model to any location within and outside the borders of Liberty, fully functional and ready to operate, with whatever craftsmanship you want to apply to it. All the associated risks are on you, whether the dangers that come with operating an android or the technical issues that come with your software.
As soon as we receive your payment and your biometrical sample, our engineers can get to work. I will send you a payment address shortly.
I just want to reiterate that FuTech is capable of far greater feats than what you request. Should you require more enhancements of any sort, either to your android or yourself, don't hesitate to contact us.

Deliver the android at Barrier Gate - Section B. Two of my associates will pick up the package. As for your payment? You will find yourself with a generous amount of credits. It should arrive as soon as you honor your part of the deal.
Oh, right. I left a data chip with the biometrics and model specifications on Manhattan. It should be in the industrial district and at the regional Postal Office - number '95'. Ask for any recent mail for 'Dexter Wright'. They'll ask for a 'PIN'. It's 0771. I'd personally give you said chip, but I'm a bit caught up in the Edge Worlds.

Dear Mr. "CLBN".
So after letting my most trusted associates jump through your hoops in order to retrieve your package, we've concluded the production of your android, if one might still call it that. We've aged the body according to the estimations we were able to conduct with your biometrical data.
I have also received a notification about a strange payment that has been sent to us. Suffice to say this one is leaving the books soon enough, considering its lack of order attached.
Regardless. I will have the product delivered to you soon enough. I'm sure you will be pleased with the result, the experience of having an exact copy of yourself in form of a machine must be marvelous to witness.
I'll reiterate that we're capable of greater feats than hollowing out androids that resemble their customers. Reach out to us when there are further enhancements you would like to have done.

James Percival
