I did not directly meet any of you, but I present myself. I am Netsuretsu Setsuna, a Blood Dragon. I do not occupy a high position yet, however, I hope my words reach all of you.
Not so long ago, during a patrol, I saw an interstellar station belonging to Samura. The station is in an open field near Akita Border Station. It might be risky, but I have faith in your organization that your aid will have an important impact. With some recent events, the Blood Dragons have some limited resources to accomplish such assault. This is why I am contacting you. If you also want to change Kusari like we do, it is a step to make.

Indeed we have not met, but official position or not, it is nice to make your acquaintance, Blood Dragon.
But you ask a lot for a first contact. You say we should assault this station which is, in your own words, close to a highly defended border station, in open space, preventing any cover from hostile craft, and neither do you provide any intel confirming that this station is indeed belonging to Samura, or what its purpose is.
What is 'limited resources'? We ourselves are still recovering from some very unfortunate events that have been a drain on our own capacity to be expending a great deal of resources on the assault of some backwater station that we know nothing about.
I agree, I recognize I did ask a big request for a first contact. In order to give you more details, I will share with you what the Headmaster from the True Sons of Kusari told me. It will be in the attachments.
As for your question, let's just say our backyard, the Tohoku system had some actions against the Naval Forces and some nomads' pets...
I am the Headmaster of the Blood Dragon group known as The True Sons of Kusari, we have looked at that base many times. We would love to strike that base and take it out, it would hurt not only the Kusari Navy, but Samura as well. It is one of there main bases that provides them a lot of credits, and it supplies Kusari with H-fuel without the taxes that GMG forces on them. Taking that base out would help hinder there supply of H-Fuel and inflow of credits. Sadly, we just do not have the means to do any meaningful damage as of right now. We just lost a lot of recourses fighting KOI and the nomad pets in Tohoku, and our allies in the Order would not be able to join us in this siege either. We also have not had any word from the Golden Chrysanthemums who could provide aid in this. I am not sure if they even would join in on that siege. Also with how close Planet Honshu is, I am sure Samura could get quick aid from Kusari Gov. If we can mass enough ships that maybe we can work on sieging that base and hurting Kusari Gov would be huge for us and might get more people to join our fight to remove this false Emperor!
