I'd like to add that if you were hearing Marsflyer guns, then it was definately NOT an XA member. We've got very strict restrictions on loadout.

Eh? You don't say... there was a Xeno on last night with Marsflyer guns... prob'ly just a Xeno, not a member of XA.
Personally I used to like messing around with Xenos in dog fights and such, until they killed my trader. I got a HUGE latency spike cause there was so many of them, and I informed them that I was lagging, but they started trying to kill me cause I was taking so long to respond. So I tried to run and they blew me up, not cool.

Xenos also != jerk

I RP a xeno terrorist in game. And its not just a char for Pvp whoring !
We guys actually RP it. WE Xenos are terrorists in liberty who, to make the long story short, dont want liberty to profit. SO traders muct be stopped as they benefit the economy of liberty.
What we do is, ask the trader do drop the cargo, and then we let him/her go... if he drops the stuff... if he refuses to comply, it is then that our trigger fingers begin to get itchy...

Player with marsflyer guns may have Xeno ID and tag but he isn't a Xeno. He is a fool who would most likely be killed by real Xeno who don't appreciate foreign stuff.

A Xeno with marsflyer guns is quirky to say the least, but I'll generally give people the chance to exp,lian themselves...

@Rudo,I got called a coward for leaving a fight involving me getting shot by 2 battlecruisers, a BH GS and 12 fighters. People have no idea, nor do they actualy live up to the bravado when faced while sitting in their BH BC (on their own) by a group of three bombers.

It was not intended to be amusing. I always comply with pirates, and I RP it too, my smuggler sympathises with pirates and is always happy to pay the toll, even if it is dropping all my cargo. But these guys just got impatient and started shooting at me, they already had my shield down, there was no need to start obliterating my hull when I was being complient.

I was simply stating that just because your character is a terrorist in game, it is not cause for you to be unreasonable as a person in real life.

Perhaps the Xeno Terrorist ID should be changed to "Xeno Pirate ID", since they aren't allowed to do anything akin to terrorism. Or better yet, just change it to "Xeno ID".

It would help prevent confusion.

Agreed with the proposed change.

There are a few ID out there, like GC and Xenos that have the words Terrorist in them.

But going by the server rules (written/unwritten) , 'we' are not allowed to act like terrorists.

ID should be changed from 'terrorist' to 'pirate'

Okey dokey, just a wee bit of clarification from my side. The Xeno with the marsflyer guns? Yea he's pretty much fresh outta bootcamp and is still working on his ship and rp skills. I should know, I flew with him... >_<

Now just something that I didn't actually know, I truly didn't know that Xeno's couldn't destroy traders at will and I am humbly sorry for any that I have destroyed (Not many however, I like to blow off equipment and watch em limp hehe).

Now my RP of my Xeno is quirky to say the least, he is essentially a crazy man who always broadcasts his presence within New York whenever he enters often causing a stir amongst the locals, seems to have built up some fear in a few LN pilots...

Is it wrong for him to then destroy/mutilate any traders he can amongst a tide of GB's that will rip him to shreds as soon as they get to him?

Just curious as more often then not I am challenged the second I enter and sometimes I get a fair fight, otherwise it starts as a fair fight then gets horribly one sided.

This is more than a bit confusing. Speaking as a trader who's never had a Xeno character, I even thought they were allowed to destroy traders without making any demands. After all the game has two (relevant) generic IDs - 'pirate' and 'terrorist', and the Xeno ID is identified as a 'terrorist' ID yet Xeno players are punished for fulfilling the remit of a terrorist ID?
