Due to our good stance with TAZ we can allow you passage through Kusari,
but on some terms and those terms depends from your weaponry.
If you have no weapons, you will have to pay 50mil fee and you will get unlimited rights for passage.
If you have any weapons, you will have to pay 75mil fee and would obey to such terms:
This ship will be able to access Kusari Core Space only under the escort and acknowledgment of [KNF], [KSP] or entitled vessels present on the scene.
If no one is available, the access is automatically denied and will be considered an infraction of the Kusari Legal Codex.
This ship will be only able to dock with planets and shipyards for refit and refuel, any other station is off limits. During docking procedures all ship weapon systems must be disabled.
With Eris' blessing, I shall pick option two. I am no good to Eris dead, now, am I? *winks*
And besides; I'd be awestruck if i had to power my weapon systems at all in the house of Kusari. It's a magnificent place! The funds have been transferred as instructed, and if and when I'd need passage, I shall contact the authorities and wait for escort. If this is not available, I shall not enter the house at all. If i do so, I guess I would only do so without guns whatsoever.
Thank you for your time
On behalf of my company I would like to request a license for the following goods to be able to be moved by Interspace vessels out of Kusari. Interspace often makes deals supplying modular bases and these goods are regularly required: Nuclear Devices, Ship Hull Panels. In addition we seek to be able to export Plutonium from Furyoku Station in Okinawa. Interspace Commerce would also greatly appreciate being able to use cloaking devices on our transports. These devices are only installed on a few of our most high value ships, and would only be activated for self-defense in emergencies. Thank you for your considerations.
Akane Nakamura
Director - Kusari Division, Interspace Commerce
We recieved your request and we would like to ask where will be your drop point in taus for plutonium and SHP?
About Nuclear devices, we would like to know where are you going to move them and why you have such need of them?
And the last, cloaking devices, I'm afraid we can't allow you to enter Kusari space that carry such devices,
unfortunatelly all ships that carry such devices and does not belong to Kusari lawfuls are considered as criminals and this won't change in close future.
I cannot provide you with a location for the destination of those goods as we do not have any current contracts at the moment. This filing is simply meant to prepare for additional contracts that may occur in the future, our most recent being assisting assisting with the construction of Itabashi Station in New Tokyo. If you require specific destinations we will have to re-file for each construction project, which will be a lot of paperwork. Nuclear Devices are required for the construction of modular base shield generators, and passing through Rheinland for us is currently not an option. We accept your decision regarding cloaking devices and will remove them from our vessels entering Kusari space.

To obtain license for restricted tau goods for whole IC| you have to transfer 125mil credits to [color=#FFCC33][KNF]Heikiko.Maru
You can deliver them to any Kusari, Zoner, IMG or any other neutral or friendly to Kusari base in Tau region,
unfortunatelly if we will find out that you move those goods to bretonia or exiles bases, your license will be revoked.
I'm also not sure how Gallics will react on your presence in taus, but it's not our concern.
As for Nuclear devices, I have to discuss this matter with other members of HC, expect our answer shortly.
It was our understanding that our company had already paid for the permits by delivering necessary supplies to the Kusari State Police at Itabashi Station. I do hope that there was no misunderstanding involved in this. Could you please clarify your last response?

there is no other ways to get license.
All those goods that you have delivered to State police base cannot be considered as payment for license.
If State Police promised something as payment for those goods, you should clarify that with them.
My company was promised that in return for the imported goods our fee for an export license would be waived. We will have to speak with the Kusari State Police about their delinquent accounts in this case before payment can be made. Thank you for your time.

Nakamura, the police have generously paid the license fee for Interspace Commerce. Your ships are now licensed for restricted Tau exports. Once you have contracts for plutonium we will need to confirm the final destination. There is currently no license for legal transport of nuclear devices,
Sayonara.
