Oh yea, and I know of that horrible white outline thing running around the Spatial fin. I can't get rid of it so I blame it on my software.
CorelDraw = purified fail.
Make the lower outline darker, and It would look even better.

Hmm I'll try that - thanks for the tips. :)

Once again I blame it on CorelDraw... It is a GIF, and the best I can make it is 8 bit palleted and the dithering options suck.. Can PNG do transperency?? :unsure:
EDIT: Arrgh I just realised there's artifacts on the gun!! *Rakes face*

Seriously dude? Is that your first one?
Here is my first one.
That was one of my first ones I made for someone else. its just a streched image with a line of text and random effect.:laugh: The things in that sig are easy fixes, and with a little more experience you will be a photo shop guru!:D
Keep it up mate.:cool:

Uhh... What? Umm I guess I take that as a compliment.. Yes it is my first one. TBH though that thing's taken me... what, 7-8hrs now to make? (minus making SSs/searching for pics) Started it a few days ago..
The render was actually quite aweful. That star in the top-leftish corner is actually from another SS and had a ship covering it. Used Inpaint to remove the ship and then shrunk it down, plonked it on top of the background and then Inpainted again to merge the difference in space colours and fix other undesirable stuff (every step involved an import/export from CorelDraw..). That's prolly why the ship render's so blurry Xing - it's part of/joined to the background as well..
Updated it with your suggestions. The darker outline thing didn't work though. Here's the new one:
Any better? It's PNG now too.. I'll fiddle 'round with it more when I feel like it - bit frustrated now since I can't get rid of that white outline for the life of me...
