However, I'd also bring in the engine pods and connect them directly to the circular reactor, maybe even merging them to the reactor. I find that seperate engine pods in the way they are currently attached to be very similar to the Kusari bomber and to a lesser extent, the Chimaera.
On that note, I'd also give the Heavy fighter only one engine instead of two, and the bomber three engines instead of two (arranged like the edges of a triangle).
EDIT: Or you could lighten the HF and turn it into a LF, which would be reasonable. I believe that the Unioners do need a bomber though, since they will invariably end up facing lots of Rheinland capital ships at some point.
Just a note to everyone: These are not the final submissions and may be altered as of design and texture. That being said, now all I'm asking for is patience people, give us some time before making judgements.
the general design is nice, but the texture is in no way complimenting the ship. its red, and rather.. monotonous imo. its like you did all the mapping, then dunked each ship inside a vat of red paint, giving the same look all over. imo, it needs different shades of red, instead of the way it is at the mo.
also, whats wrong with the current arbieter? i think that is a really pretty ship, so why change it for this, instead wouldnt it be better to build on the current unioner VHF?
EDIT: on a second glance, the HF seems to be heavier than the VHF model.

That is good news, cause i got used to it and i like that ship very much.
About HF and Bomber, aye, it is too red, but design is very nice. I agree with McNeo about engine tubes,
if you merge it with reactor you will get "lighter look", but on bomber , yeah keep it separate. Also HF/LF should have lighter, thinner wings and smaller reactor, smaller cockpit also, again to clearly show class of ship.
Also if possible try to put two tubes under wings , something like civy bomber , just to check how it looks, might be nice..
All in all, good designs, just a bit more work and you're there! Can't wait to fly them .
AU FTW!
Edit : McNeo you forgot about LN/LSF who use Bering and Hudson for attacks on RH vessels, yeah we need that bomber
Wow, that was pretty quick! I do like the models, especially the bomber, though I wonder how they would look with that red in an actual flight scenario. Also, instead of pure red, what about red with more grey areas?
Infocards are written by me, except one. Adrian helped with most of the Arbeiter's infocard. Note that there may be changes before they happen to be implemented.
UN-32-A3R Der Pfadfinder Unioner Light Fighter
Significantly fast and agile, this fighter design is based on a similar technology that Aufruhrer benefits from, primarily tasked with serving as a support unit in dire situations. Also known as the latest product of an industrial progress, Pfadfinder is utilized with the ability to intercept hostile scout ships with topmost efficiency due to its optimum ergonomics.
UN-44-A4R Der Aufruhrer Unioner Heavy Fighter
As the name ensures, this ship is a formidable addition to the revolutionary arsenal of Rheinland, that has been recently designed by a collusion of engineers from the Coalition and Unioners. Unlike others of the same class, this anti-military craft brings a balanced combination of fire power and armor while its compact form provides refined defensive capabilities on the battle field. Letting it preserve the role of being a cornerstone in the Unioners industrial development and the dedicated backbone of their flotilla.
UN-53-A5R Der Arbeiter Unioner Very Heavy Fighter
Named 'Der Arbeiter' after formulating and engineering a thriving design which yielded an unconventional hybrid of technology used by the Rheinland military and civilian corporations. In spite of the Unioners being shipyard workers, this is the first to actually be designed by them. Not only is it a sturdy fighter, capable of matching its hostile legal counterparts, this ship is also recognized as a symbol of the Unioner movement's progress, something their pilots are proud to fly, having constructed it by themselves for their own goals, as opposed to building ships for Republican Shipping. Rumors have it that revolutionary parties in Rheinland are interested to negotiate with Unioners in order to secure the rights of obtaining this vessel.
UN-73-A7R Der Freiheit Unioner Bomber
Constructed upon the Libertonian threat and hard times during the war of 800 A.S. in which Rheinland and Liberty navies are still involved, Der Freiheit is ultimately designed to prevent the independent border worlds from being overrun by severe naval infiltrations, most specifically triggered by deployed capital ships. Being a tempered spinoff of the modified Arbeiter, this ship is distinguished with its extra armor, amplified power core and advanced cockpit design, allowing increased volume for the attachment of electronic structure to support antimatter weaponry. Having had the burden of spending undesired maintenance costs on civilian bombers to fulfill such a task, this is also acknowledged as an effort by Unioners to decrease their dependency on Zoners for that matter.
Yus! A bomber for the Unioners! I approve but the color is to red.
As the proud owner of the current Unioner VHF i'd advise using the
color/texture currently in game for the rest of the vessels.
