Bishop's.Green has been sanctioned due to a report posted on 1 August for :
5.11 Using F1 in a PvP fight or to escape pirates/terrorists, as well as in any other situations that involves player interactions, is not allowed.

Consequences :
Fined all credits and cargo. Note in hold.

Comments / Instructions :
It is unlikely the pirate would have asked for as much. Don't disconnect to avoid player to player interaction.

Because that is an excuse you can not prove really happened. A lot of people would claim anything from Inter-net disruption to Dog Chewing on the cable to Power loss. You can not prove that is what really happened, but the game has a mechanic now that shows when your character Disconnects in space. As far as teh pirate is concerned, your F1'ing to avoid paying.

Trouble is, pirates are smart, they pay attention to who shows back up and how long it took for that to happen. Agagin, something you can not change if he believes you did it deliberately and has proof to show it.

Just bite the bullet on this one and start trading again.
