Greetings, Cryer,
Most recently, I took much of my fortune and began pursuing a dream, a dream of being able to provide medical services to those peoples in the Omicrons, Omegas, Taus and other places, providing immediate medical care and providing a mobile research facility. Today, that reality became official when I formally commissioned [TAZ]Med.Force.One, to provide hope where there is little and save some lives. For now, it is a Corvo Cruiser. With some good fortune, I intend it to be a fully self supporting Jinkusu.
My request of Cryer Pharmaceuticals is being able to dock at Atka Research to maintain the supplies that are needed of pharmaceuticals and other medical supplies. I also request that I be able to keep onboard a limited amount of human organs as needed. As I need them, I will purchase them only from Cryer for my medical team to have available.
Med Force One isn't a trade ship so I can't offer you an exchange from it except maybe having a couple of your researchers as staff. If supplies are needed, I can arrange deliveries from my transport ship.
As medical services are always needed everywhere, I do hope you can provide me with what we so desperately need. I await your response.
Yours in Eris,
Dr. John Henry Holliday

I'm Guillaume Oldham. I'm head of PR and I work right under Mark Van Patten on the board so I've been given your case to deal with myself.
We'll deal with the easy stuff first. Docking on Atka isn't a problem as long as you don't do anything stupid. Your people have had a presence on the station since it's been operational and it saves us money and makes you money so I really don't feel the need to change that. You'll be in a big ship so anything you do will be magnified, but Sigma 17 is a quiet system so if you defecate all over yourself you'll probably have the chance to clean up before the CNS hacks swoop in.
Now, the rest: You people are a PR car-crash right now. Seems like the crabs you associate with can't walk sideways away from you fast enough. And we're not great either. Our public image has been bad for a while, and even though Rheinland opened up for us they still treat us like a bunch of girlfriend-stealing plague-bearers.
What you have in the form of your project is photos of the president kissing a baby. The sun will shine out of your arse and we want a solar-panel suit.
If you're willing to have your venture sponsored by Cryer, not only can you get your hands on all the medical supplies you need but we can probably free up a few hundred million to help with the expansion of your ship. How's that for 'good fortune,' even if it's not the kind you'd get from your pineal queen woman?
You'd be an officially-titled Goodwill Ambassador for Cryer Pharmaceuticals, and you'd need to raise our profile along with your own as you did your work. A little logo on your ship, a small Cryer team on the crew: a handful of researchers and a couple of PR boys to make sure you don't massively screw up, and statements from yourself saying how god damned happy you are that Cryer could help make this happen and what a fantastic bloody job we're doing for all the people in Sirius. We'd also want proprietary rights to any medical or botanical discoveries you make.
Bringing us supplies: Not necessary above what you currently do. Those endless little piecemeal rinky-dink zoner micro-fleets are already in and out of Atka a hundred times a day, and bring almost all of our mundane supplies as it is. Of which we are eternally freaking grateful, of course.
Human Organs: These could be a real PR nightmare if you're not careful. If you get caught in house space with them you'll need to backpedal so fast you'll have legs weaker than a GC whore at the end of it. We can accept no responsibility for you if you take them in to house space. Otherwise, fine.
Let's see if we can't scratch each others' backs on this one, Doctor?
Get back in touch if you want to work out the details.

Greetings, Mr. Oldham,
A very interesting transmission, Sir. I think we could work an agreement. You have many of the goods I need and while it is true we are both having PR issues nowadays, fact is, Sirius needs people like us. Doctors, researchers, scientists and good will ambassadors. They may not admit it but they do.
I will say this. If anyone donates to my cause, I name a section of the ship after them. Still, I'm taking it upon myself to do this on my own which is why I'm in my transport until I get what is needed. I take much pride in my hard work.
To this point, I'm pretty well staffed but I have heard that Cryer Researchers are quite good. I've met a few in Cambridge at your base there. Having a couple of those personnel on board would be super. I think with us working together, we wouldn't need PR folks as no doubt we would be keeping each other honest.
Right now, Med Force One is in the Taus so it may be awhile before it returns to Corfu. In the meanwhile, I can head to Atka for a meeting if you like as I myself will be in Kusari visiting my in-laws in the next day or so on planet Honshu.
