Outcasts and BW shipline

I will keep this simpe. Is the borderworlds shipline created by the Outcasts?

If it is, why is it sort-of civilian?
Shouldnt the Sabre and Falcata be a ship typical for the Outcasts, in that case? Like the Titan and Praetorian for Corsairs?

If it is not, how the hell did they fly around until they met other colonists?
They manage to make a gunboat and higher class ships during their development, but cant really make their own fighter line?

Done. This was asked in several different threads and remained ignored, or unanswered. Now someone tell me how it is.

BW shipline was created by Outcasts, but sold to other parties later.

They probably had more outdated ships that got scrapped as they obtained the BW vessels, that's how it was possible for them to fly around.

The current BW ships are probably a unified design by all those (former) Outcast-related gangs out there, manufactured by each of these factions individually.

Why the BW ships exist and Outcast ones don't is because of the vanilla team rushed the game's development. Sure, a separate shipline for them ought to make sense, as said before over and over again.

I just think that some ships of BW line were modifed by outcasts like scimitar or falcata.

The whole infocard on, to me, Outcast ships saying that they're borderworlds is a loada crap to me. Should be changed to Outcast. Probably some Vanilla writing screwup in which they didn't calculate modding communities that pick every word apart.

Yea, poor outcasts have only caps in line, so i guess it will be fixed with own outcast line soon. Actually outcasts using the bw region civilian crafts that made by .. someone? all factions flying around border regions are using those ships exclude for factions that have own shiplines.

The same question is: Who made starflea? It is "Built by - Civilian" K?
