All characters using mismatched ID/Ship/Weapon combinations must possess either an Admin granted
Terrorist ID or a Special Operative ID.

Interesting combination of ship, ID, tag and guns in the screens, though now it has no ID, money and
guns it seems, as you moved them all off.

Consequences: Bastille for now, and a twenty million fine for the civilian and no ID infractions, removed
from the recipient of all the cash moved off it.
