I tried to buy some more weapons today, off an Armed Forces Destroyer! He was willing up to the point where he had to move more then 10 klicks away from the planet.
I can't stand corrupt and lazy people!
I know we have all been busy, and I could not be more proud of you all for your work. We have begun Hermanos, like a Phoenix, we have been reborn, rising out of the flames, we have returned to take our rightful place at the head of the Corsair nation.
Now or a bit of administrative news. Elder Gonzalez will be stepping down from his position on the Council, he has served well and with honor, and now as is our tradition, we gets to return to a true warriors life, disemboweling our enemies. Replacing Ramirez will be Centurion Carson Hawking. Carson has proved himself over and over, and is at the head of a new generation of Brotherhood pilots. He honors us with his service.

Buen.. giorno!
Today, Emilio told me some rumour, about alien organisms increasing production of land.. Then, he told we could try ones from Sigma-19 to use those on hasienda.
Also, one my friend from Atka wanted some artifact-two for his lovely, so I decided to help him out.
Emilio suggested to hire some freelancer, but I don't trust them much, so I decided to get those organisms myself.
I got there quite fast and got few.. "packs" of those? Well, I got small asteroids with those organisms ( according to scan )
Then, I moved back to the Atka, where my amigo was waiting for promised artifacts. Of course, I left them for him.
After that, I returned to Crete, where Emilio met me with crew of farmers-experimemntators from local land surrounding our hasienda. They spread those stones quite fast around their land, we'll see what should happen.
Corrosion took place on those stones, so those organisms can die... Ghm. Never mind. We'll see that experiment.
Today started off with a fairly long session of training, mainly between myself and Ezio Francesca, who is a surprisingly fast learner. We practiced many different combat basics, and Im sure he'll have ample opportunity to put them to good use in the future.
We then set out to Omega 7 for a little bit of interdiction. Of course, the first one we came across, a mammoth, decided to try to engage his cloaking device before we could even issue a demand. He exploded, of course. Ezio contacted one of his relatives, Adamo, who brought a Correo to extract the fallen loot, VIPs. It seems Cadiz doesn't need so many for target practice on the firing range, though. There was also a miner with a full load of gold ore who paid up, as well as a Kruger miner with a quarter load of cobalt ore.
Interestingly, there was also a nomad presence in the system, which was a little surprising...
Eventually, we left the system after a little bit of persuasion by a Freelancer with some compensation guns, as I like to call them. Haha. Ezio was on fire and I lost my left wing, but we both made it back to Cadiz safely.
Indeed.
Not long after that, i contracted with my cousin Adamo and flew security for him as he smuggled artifacts to Trafalgar. We encountered some small trouble in the form of a recalcitrant Freelancer, but I scrapped the fool as he made the mistake of allowing me to ride his tail at 50m for close on two seconds. The last thing he saw was a Mini Razor detonating right against his hull. Never try to pirate a pirate.
gone four years, first day back: Zoners still getting shot in Theta :|
An interesting thing happened today. I was browsing through the NeuralNet market today looking for a weapons dealer who would be intrested in buying some guns i found, and i ended up coming across this http://discoverygc.com/forums/index.php?sh...=35782&st=0
Interesting, no?
Some fool independent trader is selling advanced Corsair weaponry to the highest bidder.
This should be dealt with. I've contacted Rafael for support, and i will send a communique tonight demanding he cease and desist. If he refuses.....well, we will deal with that when it come to it.

Well hermanos, today I decided to take a little lonely patrol to Omega 7. Nothing much to report, really. One of the sails, plus a little help from some 'pirates', the Baxters, took care of some escort pilots for the IMS. To his credit, Vega apparently held off all five of them until the three Baxters arrived to even the playing field. Unfortunately, that little scuffle left Omega 7 quite devoid of any miners to liberate of credits...
Anyway, I took a leisurely stroll to New London, after Cambridge turned out to be equally devoid of easy catches. In turn, I got 'caught' myself, by a fairly enterprising molly gunboat. My new Titan proved almost, but not quite, equal to the challenge, and Vega was called in by a passing smuggler (with artifacts in his hold, mind you). My thanks go out to that man, and to Vega who brought his Praetorian to the fray. Together, we swiftly dealt with the problem.
Afterwards, we took a detour to Trafalgar to take a little bit of a break. Its not the best hideout ever, as it were, but its at least fairly comfortable. Quiet too. Just the place to relax and get away from the problems of Crete for a little bit...
Skyelius, hermano, the Bella Sentinela works wonderfully. No longer is it a virgin ship, as you described it. Thankyou for this precious gift... I assure you it will outlast me. Heh.

I hope this isn't a problem. We weren't sure if this would be acceptable; we're Corsairs, but not part of your Brotherhood.
Today, enroute to Bretonia with a full load of artifacts - not really a hell of a lot, it's just a Legionnaire - I picked up a worrying signal. Two hostile ships with insane mass analysis readings. The size of a cruiser at least.
I backed off... until I realized they weren't after me. The detailed scan finished just before they jumped to Omega-5; at least one of them was a Liberty-produced bulk transport.
Well, I really felt like an ass running from that, so I turned and followed them. They flew right past Cadiz, and none of our ships fired on them... then they flew into the Hammen Hole, right toward our enemies.
Their ships were called... hell, I can't pronounce this. Damn Rheinlanders. (You hear agitated typing, and the next words are said by a robotic voice.)Untertassenmann and Obertassenmann
I have no idea what they were carrying, but if they're going into Rheinland with it, it's not going to us. We should fix that. Especially if they think we're just gonna ignore them flying past Cadiz.
