Subject: Clearances and rights of ownership
Mister Anderson,
While looking at the various services offered by Libertonian organizations, I found something that gained my attention when I took a look at the Liberty Technology Request Center, which is under your jurisdiction. In the your transmission broadcasting from this office, I noticed that you were handling the requests regarding the BDR-845 "Avenger" Liberty Very Heavy Fighter. Perhaps there was a misprint somewhere in the rights given to the Navy regarding it, but it is a vessel that was developed by the LSF and is still, unless Powell himself decided to mess with my organization, under our supervision.
It would be preferable to talk on the matter before making any decision. I am awaiting your response Vice-Admiral.
Best Regards,
Mister David Copperfield

Evening Director.
The vessel was developed by the LSF, that is correct. The licensure for all liberty vessels is done through the military. Your input into this process is welcome, however, lets not do the division of power thing, lets work together like you said you would on several occasions. The majority of stocks for the Avenger are on Radford station in Virginia, or at least that is where the majority of them are requisitioned from. Guess who's budget those are produced on.
Oh... Not yours.
If you want to have input into the licensure of Liberty's vessels to individuals outside the services, then perhaps you should speak with Vice Admiral Anderson about setting up a joint registry. However, you didn't, then got all territorial about something people have to come into my restricted space to get hold of.
We can set up a joint system as soon as you're ready. Such a system would spread the paperwork load as much as anything, and give you, the intelligence service who run background check and so on, a lot more input into who we give these ships to.

Mister Hale,
It is quite normal that the Avenger model is sold in larger quantities on Radford. After all, the LSF isn't as big as the Navy and should never be. Although, even if you are now building some of our models, it doesn't mean that you can do whatever you wish with them. The BDR-845 is still belonging to the LSF patent-wise after all and was, as said before, developed on our installations. Imagine if I were to decide who would sell the Guardian instead of letting the Navy take care of this.
Maximal encryption:: Let me also remind you that those ships also were and are still manufactured on Alert Station in Ellesmere [color=gold]::Maximal encryption
Also, I was awaiting Mister Anderson reply to propose a joint project so we, the LSF, could have our say on the distribution of such ship. We want to be sure that no one will reproduce its technology and turn it on us.

I understand your concern and hopefully the consolidation of such matters will quiet issues pertaining to this subject in the future. I have already begun changing the specifics along with several requirements needed to obtain such technology. The document will be sent on another channel for your viewing and input. Other details can be discussed further and hopefully this can end satisfactorily for all.
