The reason civvy vs military is important on the guns is because, for example, the Lane Hacker ID allows civvy Liberty tech. Can they mount Magma Hammers? I'd expect not... most pirate groups have similar green cells to the civvy tech of their parent house. I rather thought the intention was to allow things like Mollys flying Clydesdales rather than Mollys wielding Splitters.
I see you've labeled everything "military" on the list. The LFs are usually marked "police" or exclusively used by such, and the Mjolnir (for example) is also police only- you won't see the [RM] with any of them, same as you won't see RFP) with Fafnirs. If I have time (which I won't) maybe I'll go through and figure it all out. I seem to either be in or interact with every single faction.
Not Yak, plus the Ship is free for all. Not a Rogue Molly Ship. Just follow what Ashes said. Same counts for the Mule, Bactrian and Pirate Train. Just that Train and Transport are free for everyone. Why giving them Rogue/Molly Names then? Simple, they were developed by the Rogues and Mollies.

Z-8500 "Bullmastiff" Pirate Transport
And also
Z-8550 "Bison" Pirate Train
These were the names that were requested for both ships. I also believe naming them Rogue/Molly will only cause more confusion, leave them as Pirate. Mule and Bactrian also have perfectly fine production numbers, please leave them the way they are.
I am having difficulty reconciling requests for infocards being extremely specific with requests for casual generalization. Such makes me an extremely fussy panda.
Yak name changed.
Rogue GB name changed... I didn't know Rogues went to college so I figure some whore with a five dollar tongue came up with a fancy name like Charybdis.
Pirate Train is remaining as it is as the ownership of the Train is subject to interpretation. I'm option to interpret it as commonly available to anyone who makes the effort to land where it's sold to buy one where they're produced.
If it's free for all feel free to specify as much on your own terms. Such as what Sprolf has done. So the point is currently moot.
Edit: Found out your five dollar whore is Sylph. Figures.
Quote: No point. If it's Liberty it's Liberty Military AND Liberty civilian. DSE can use Magma Hammers just as readily as Flashpoints.
WAT. I have not been told this. What are you saying at? Do they register as Liberty civilian on the tech chart as well then? So far as I could tell, DSE could use them because they were purple cell to them, not because they were green to Lib Civ tech. See? Confuseing. So are they now, magically Liberty civillian Besides?
Just they say are military but purple on the tech chart or something, stop confuxeing us.

The military owns the guns but the civilians of each house have open access to that tech.
That's the sort of comments that makes it confusing... The confusion isn't whether Liberty Corporations can use it - they can because the Tech Chart says they can use the local military guns (purple cell). But if it was Liberty Civilian in ownership, it would mean free access for a multitude of other factions, including the local unlawfuls.
I know you mean just that they can use it and the military owns them (as declared in the last line of your post), but the previous part (bolded by me) could confuse someone.

So, why bothering renaming the Pirate Transport then? It's free for everyone as well. Both Ships are not tied to the Liberty Rogue and Molly Shipline. Both Ships are developed by them and both Ships carry the Rogue Sign.
Bison Pirate Train and Bullmastiff Pirate Transport seem fine for me.
