Hmmm. I have viewed your proof,and find it very lacking. All it show's is that these ships have a junker IFF. It does not prove they are true junkers,as a few pirates run around with our IFF from time to time,and this may be the case. I think you need real evidence such as a complete ship scan to prove these are real junkers.
On a side note. I fly through that area from time to time,and have even mined a little there. If any of you ships takes 1 shot at my vessal it will be destroyed,and i will proceed to destroy any others in the area,as payback,and to recover "salvage" for any damages. If you are a smart person you will talk to Congress and work this out before you cause a war you cannot win.
I understand your reasons, they are perfectly valid and fine.
But maybe you could view this issue a bit from the Congress side too.
We Junkers as a whole are not exactly the most organized corporate like people,
most of us tends to stick to their own business except in dire cases.
In fact the Congress is a tighter group than most, so if one of our people would attack your transports
then maybe we would have a word or two with him for risking our business.
But we can't monitor every single junker who flies around and tell him or her to keep their operations civil.
If a triggerhappy libertonian tends to fly around shooting everyone in a system of his chosing
then we probably haven't even heard about him 'till the uproar.
This fact makes our honest traders feel a bit uneasy when their landing requests are denied on certain bases
'cos of the actions of relatively or completely unknown individuals.
Not to mention that they can be even fired upon for the same reasons.
All in all i would ask that you to keep a list of the people who offends you
rather than punishing everyone who flies under the same IFF.
Post a bounty on them or do whatever your preference is but no need to threaten us with these things.
Since the people who tried to rob your transports wouldn't care anyway,
still my family would if they are fired upon if they are seen close to one of your bases.

Message: While i was replacing some faulty wiring in my ship at freeport 4..I picked up this message...I dont beleive i myself have ever even come across any kruger minerals vessels...but being as my ship`s namesake..on the rare occasion i am hired by bretonian miners to haul vastly important gold ore shipments to ingolstadt base in munich....And in that case yes i often passthrough the omegas to avoid the larger swarms of pirates in liberty.....
My ship is equipped with 3 basic gunboat turrets,a cerberus gunboat turret,a pulse cannon and a battle razor,not to mention a mark 2 armor re-enforcement and an advanced transport graviton sheild....
You see my normal job is mining iridium and transporting it to scarborough station....i have agreements of neutrality with both bowex....and the neo terran front which owns the kansas system where i mien iridum (though i do pay the ntf a trade tarrif per load of ore mined)...
this job along with the occasional "hauler for hire" thing brings me across alot of pirates even outside of liberty...so my frigate is as armed to the teeth as possible to get the shipments to there destination safely.....
But i severely warn you...if your going to engage me first without me firing first and im jsut hauling ore...then you will end up on the receiving end of a battle razor volley

It is not exactly easy to track which Junkers pirate our ships and which not. Names change, papers easy to adulterate and so on. Half of the Junkers who are doing illegal actions against Kruger vessels, are new ships, not in our database, we don't know their intentions.
I do not see what bussiness does Junker have on Kruger Base. We don't have any contracts or agreements with you. We do not use your services, we have no profit from your docking on our bases, it brings us only harm and credit loss. Tell me, if you are on our place, would you allow it to just continue happening? I think nein.
We are ready to discuss this with Congress, but we must make sure it doesn't happen again, Kruger Minerals is at loss, we must stop it. And god knows how long will discussion take.
Fire will be open on ships who dock with Elbich without authorization and refuse to leave, or they are caught in act of piracy over Kruger Minerals vessels.
If you are not doing anything illegal, I see no reasons for your agitation, nor threats, peaceful haulers won't be bothered, if we are sure ore wasn't stolen.
It seems to me your footage does show they were indeed junker ships. Also it shows an RNC,and several SCRA ships also around you. So tell me why did these not help out? well the SCRA maybe i understand,but that RNC ship is a lawful,and should have assisted. Or is this some footage with no relation what so ever to the event you mentioned.Hmmm it sounds more the later to me,as i cannot see an RNC ship letting piracy slide. So at this time i will be moving 3 junker warships to this location for my own investigation,and all will defend themselves with extreme hostility if fired on.
I understand what you're tryin' to tell us, while i not agree with your methods i understand.
I for one prefer to deal "personally" with those who offends me or my family if it is possible
maybe drop some locations and names about the problem to some friends.

As long as you won't open fire on simple traveling junkers it's fine by me.
Anyway you mentioned that we do not bring any profit to your bases or have any contracts.
While it is true that we don't have any long-term agreements i say it's not entirely lacking profit
if you let us dock on your bases. I mean there is a low probability that we only need your bases
to resupply and such.
Those who complain that they can't dock there likely to had intention to buy or sell some goods.
Which as you can see brings profit.
I propose to modify this restriction to effect the bases which are in fact out of house space
until you come to an agreement with our Arbiter to solve the problem.
I think that not even the most drunken junker would risk to attack anyone
while sitting in the midst of military patrols. Also this opens the way to some profit and the chance to catch
those individuals who attack you in case they land on your base in house space.
As a side note i would still say that you should keep a list of the people who did try to rob you,
even if you don't have all the names, knowing a few wouldn't hurt maybe someday you'll reconsider
your views and punish individuals for their crimes instead of collective criminalization.
In any case we will discuss within the Congress what can we do about those ships who are camped in Omega-7.

I am very certain you will not find any Congress member attacking one of yours. I personally never use any of your Bases but maybe some of us do. First of all, I would like to know what are you going to do about this. You are talking like Junkers and Junker congress are two differient things. However, it is your job to inform other junkers.
How will you treat those who will attack us? Right now, we, kruger minerals, have to deal with those consequences. Although it is your job to deal with those law breakers!
Ordering us around is not the way to do business. We're not responsible for every single junker in space.
If i come across these Eco guys or the other mentioned above i will talk with them about the issue.
I will inform them as you asked of the consequences of their actions, that's all i promise for now.
We'll see how they react, the steps after that will depend on their answers.
In the meantime i would highly recommend you to leave alone any and all Congress vessel operating in the area.
