This is the DarkStar, Capt. Richard Morgan reporting in.
There has been an unexpected navigational discrepancy with our last extra-solar voyage. Me and the crew have just emerged from cryosleep.
I assume I've been out for a long long time.....
I would like to request reinstatement should the guild grant it to me; Sirius has changed much since I have been away, I have a lot of catching up to do.......

Hello, my dear fellow Guildsmen.
Some of you will have heard of the catastrophe at Freeport 2 in Bering. I got the news 5 hours ago and I was deeply shocked.
A short summary: The Freeport that lies between Rheinland and Liberty was badly damaged by fighting between the Houses. Many dead. Lots of destruction. It's really bad there.
So I did not take my "The Flower" back to Dublin instantly, but flew from New York to Freeport 2, to give them a hand.
Just wanted the IMG to know that there is something we can do to help those in need.
I attach the message recorded when delivering to this channel. And now I am dead tired. I am going to bed.
Julia, over and out.

As per agreement with Thomas Jones-san, I'm uploading the package with recordings I made for the Guild, I assume that I would be able to set a limited level of access to refrain from directing it to every mailbox belonging to the Guild members.
The whole situation related to the Hogosha gangs operating around Kusari is odd and confusing - and looks like it's even more complicated than I could expect. The simplest example is following: Kusari Naval Forces Kaigun Chūi Takeshi K. who had no information about the gangster performing ones of the most outrageous acts of piracy and Kudo Hoshiko of State Police who was so grateful to let me know that the gangsters appear to be a primary target for now.
While collecting the information I encountered one of the gangsters who offered me a work, and the work was meant to be paid good - being a helpful hand in the process of "taxing" the passersby. I couldn't have a better opportunity than getting an insight into the objective of my mission, so I agreed on it. Here follow the recordings of the encounters:
✿ - Here is the employment offer and the targets would follow: ✿ - Indipendent_miner; IMG Hegemon; ✿ - Independent mining company with the "LGL" identification; ✿ - Interspace-affilated transport. ✿ - Interspace Commerce and Republican Shipping transports; in addition, the Amaterasu was encountered on that occasion; ✿ - IMG transport hauling Berillium; ✿ - Another encounter with the "LGL" Hegemon.
In the process I had asked Watanabe-san, Hogosha gangster I was working with about his work. He doesn't deny that his demands appear to be out of limits of Kusari law, but he's stating the obvious about the Kusari - such things are common, it's something generally accepted in Kusari as a traditional approach.
On the next day I followed Ryuzaki-san, the pilot of Amaterasu, the Ahoudori robbing and attacking traders at the nods of Kusari transport system. While the first file includes the recordings of the piracy acts, the second one includes a statement about the ties between the people attacking Guild ships as well as the other transports passing through Kusari space.
✿ - Recordings of the several acs of piracy; ✿ - "It's a Family Business"
And the last file is the recording of the Mutusha and the other Ahoudori offering a trader the life in exchange of his money right in the middle of New Tokyo.
I would deliver the visual materials related to the general report to Java myself today. Due to the large amount of evidence, the physical information carrier would prevent the corruption of files.
TO: Mining Division FROM: Rake Kaufman RE: Mining report
Name of the Vessel: [CBM]Trinity Vessel type: Mafic Mining Location: Dublin, Sector 4H Material Mined: Gold ore Escorts hired: None Hostiles encountered: Several Corsair Patrols and a Molly Gunboat Captain- Max O'Reilly
I was out mining with fellow IMG members. It was going just as any other other day when some Corsair patrols showed up. We intercepted them a few klicks away from our mining set-up so that our mining operation was not hampered in anyway. The Trinity has been with me for some time now and we have managed to come out of tight spots. This was no different. We took care of the patrols and resumed our mining operation as soon as we could.
It had just been a few minutes since we got rid of those pests when a Molly Gunboat Captain arrived. He demanded that we drop the weapons that we had just collected from our showdown with the Corsairs. He also demanded for some weapons that I had tractored in while exploring the space in the Dublin system. These weapons came from a shipwreck that is quite difficult to find. I tried to reason with him that not a week ago, I had personally supplied needed goods at the Aranmore base, that this demand goes against our treaty with the Mollies. He was indifferent and mentioned that he personally did not sign the treaty so doesn't care about it. I gave up the weapons as a sign of Peace from IMG. I believe that he could be either ignorant to the clauses of the treaty or that he could possibly be an outcast. I better leave the decision in the hands of our Guild Masters.
We encountered two more Corsair patrol units by the time we finished our operation.
I have just docked back at the Hood. I will be taking some rest now that the report is complete too.
As per request, I flew to Omicron Alpha in disguise, trying to find out more about the Outcasts and the so called "Nomads". As you suspected, the Outcasts not only tolerate the Nomads, but they show some sort of reverance towards them. I tried to see how far they would go and I am now certain that, if someone was to attack those "Nomads", the Outcasts would interfere in their defense. This time wasn't the case, given that the "Nomad" itself was the aggressor and it had the capabilities to carry on a battle by itself (as matter of fact, I barely made it out of that encounter), but if things would go differently if the "Nomad" was in danger.
While i'm still on my mission sirs, I have found some Disturbing news. It seems an old ally went sour... Miles Green.
He has been killing civilian's around sirius at will. I don't know if he has attacked IMG yet, but i'm these terms since he was once IMG, i don't know if i should engage him or not, so i'm Requesting permission to eather Engage him to defend another Trader or should i only engage him to defend my self ? I shall continue my mission to find safer trade routes for the IMG. this is Mobius One, Signing off.

Alexandre, that is an excellent and proffesional work. Consider your request accepted.
Regrettably Mr Miles is not a Guild Member anymore. Therefore if he shows any signs of aggresion against IMG, you are of course allowed to fight back. Also, please forward any future evidence here in order to evaluate him too. I hope that answers your question Mr Mobius.
