Official factions affect number of patrols

Alright, let's say for example that one of the Police factions loses official status. I'll use the RFP, as I don't want to offend any of the other factions out there.

Okay, so the RFP is gone. What if as a consequence of this the number of Police NPCs is turned down. I mean way down. Then when/if another RFP faction is given official status the number of Police NPCs is turned back up again to what it is now.

So if there is no official faction the number of NPCs is turned down to represent this.

So it would help a lot of people. But the other way would be increasing the number of NPCs, and without an official faction there anymore that rise in activity just doesn't make sense.

NPCs are just annoying little buggers. Why do they CD battleships? Its not like they can kill you.
Spend some time in Kappa and try and relax for 5 mins. I bet you cant without being swarmed Jelly fish.

The only time i could relax in Kappa was when i was beamed 500k from Primus:lol:

You're all +1ing. This is serious.

They seem to forget that NPC powers differ from system to system. For instance in the Edge Worlds I'm sure they can actualy do you some harm, however in Liberty they just disrupt lanes that's it. Well except for the CAP encounters which are actually a bit odd. I mean you can have patriots and defenders flying between Guardians and Battleships.
