[font=Comic Sans Ms]This is just beginning. We have much more ideas and RP stuff. For now me, Primitive and Govedo13 are leaders of this little faction/group. We need more people who will be ready to play this role with us. It will be fun, thats for sure.

You mean:
Quote:Due the lawful issues Snatcher operate in independent system where they break no laws, and then sell the snatched things in house space in order to get highest profit they can.
Or:
Quote:Primary piracy operation is done in independent systems, but you can pirate in house systems also. When you decide to pirate in house space avoid contact with lawfuls. When you see one don't fight, just flee.
At least one member of this group, Devils.Caravan[S] is making Dublin his home. Which is house space. This group seems to try to hide behind junker semilawfulness when it's convenient, and just plain ignore junker policy on trying to keep the peace with the lawful factions when it's inconvenient. Feels to me like a have your cake and eat it too deal...
That being said, a group of junkers -leaving- the junkers to start a career in piracy (and thereby severing all "official" ties with the junker congress) would put them on par with most unlawful groups. If that's the intent here I must have misread things.
At least some traders will report piracy. Ships known to act unlawful in house space... should be KOS with the lawfuls of that house. I've witnessed at least one heated discussion in Leeds where the junkers as a whole were being called out for the actions of this group. It's a potential problem for the Junkers, this group, RP wise. There is a reason Junkers are restricted from pirating in house, it's not just an annoying restriction on the ID. That's all I'm trying to say.

Perhaps add some policy on your pirates who were caught? "If you're cought, we won't save you or help you out directly. Of course we may work on bribes a bit, however don't expect us to come to your prison to murder everyone there, since we don't need problem with lawmen".
Sounds "Junkerish".:)
Concerning diplomacy, I doubt it should be so hard. Just another '+' to criminals, though. And '-' to GMG, Zoners, IMG... Whatever.
I love the idea, I'll work something out
@Mr.Doleo
I believe this has become personal for you, but correct me if I'm wrong.
Junker ID got restricted cause people were camping ore selling sites and sold them when they blow up the poor guy, no other reason was there then abuse. Junker NPC pirate in house space, if you didn't notice fly around our bases with something in your cargo.
Traders will report piracy I hope...it will add flavor to this, it still won't affect junkers as whole group especially congress, let me worry about that unless your a congress member.
Junkers are hated by lawfuls since they exist, but they're useful enough to not be shut down. Read the junker story on wiki. Liberty is exception and there are tensions between them and congress at the moment., I don't do congress politics, I only watch their back when I meet them in space.
Accept the fact junker pirate, junkers are the shadiest unlawful(semi) group cause they know how to cover their actions. Bribery, lies, tipping of others to police.
EDIT: Don't get me wrong, I respect your criticism
"Damn ye, you are a sneaking puppy, and so are all those who will submit to be governed by laws which rich men have made for their own security."
I will see ya soon.

the id / iff thing was already discussed several times with and admin / the junker congress / community (in another thread). the first two of the three approved of it. a small fraction of the community doesn't like it for some reason, but you can't be friends with everyone.
if we ever come to a point where we are fr5'd by the junker congress (even if i doubt so, unless there is metagaming involved, since we are on our toes when it comes to lawful presence) we would still act as junkers with a different tag.
concerning this mafia faction ... i am actually interested. perhaps you could help us keep those, who wish to speak of our actions in house space, silent.
we will steal, bribe, twist the trush and lie. as all junkers do.

Not entirely, 'though this situation does rub me as being wrong. I'd love to see how it pans out ingame though, but I suspect more then one fit about wether or not a lawful was justified to start blasting this group. And if the actual junkers get involved then... that's where I see problems arise.

Probably because noone bothered to rescript them not to do that in house systems. And no, since I have junkers on full hostile, I don't approach those bases;)

As I respect your comments. Again, I'd like to see how this actually works out ingame. But if it looks like a pirate, behaves like a pirate... I'm going to treat it like one. Meaning encountering junkers outside scrap fields, in bombers or other heavily armed craft (like PTransies), it's safe to assume they don't have recycling in mind. Hiding behind a "we're just civvies" in that case... is quite hypocritical, but I've seen it happens. And -that- is where it hits a sore spot with me. Someone shooting a trader one minute, and while the debris are still floating nearby, claim to lawfuls they had nothing to do with it.
I can accept the fact junkers pirate, no problem at all with that. They must then accept the fact that they can be treated like pirates - all of them, anywhere they are met. (Which actually gives me an idea to start with some kind of vigilante character... must give this some thought.)

Well Junker are shady group...and if they're in pirate class of vessels you should be aware..even before we.."were born", No I don't do it with sentence we're just civvies heh, I'm sure you had a first hand experience watching my snatcher RP. If lawful showed up at that moment I would say I gave you oil for your..you know what and that it's fair deal..and I don't do refunds.
I'm eager to see how it works out in game also...as we're kind of young faction (I would say we're truly active for a month or even less) expect me to deal with our problems inRP of course.
You can't actually treat all of the junker as pirates..but you can treat them as you want, it's RP that matters no ID or such.
Anyway..I tried to explain your questions..and your eager to see how it will work ingame as inRP, me too...I hope we'll encounter ourselves in game on more occasions on whichever character you will be. As you might see us from different approach then, but of course, I'm glad to see comments, so if you have anything else to comment...fell free to:)
