Worst inRP crime ever committed

I've seen my share of villians around Discovery. Pirates, slavers, serial killers, you name it. But there's a little saying in my home town; "It's not the criminal, it's the crime." That's why I'd like you, the community, to fill me in on a few things. Now, I can browse the stories section looking for biographies of bay-guy characters, but all that does is tell me about the criminal. I want you to tell me about the worst, most morally corrupt, devistation, vicious, hanous acts committed in the history of this server. There are multiple catagories;

1) Most hanous crime committed by a Pirate
2) Most hanous crime committed by a terrorist
3) Most hanous crime committed by an unlawful group/faction
4) Most vile, despicable act ever committed by any single inRP person ever in the history of Discovery (can be lawful or unlawful)

Have fun, feel free to explain, and be sure to give me some good nightmares.

I'm totally on this and I think that some of the guys that knew him and how I RPed him would agree.

Nah, but really. Cannibalistic murderer. Would play with his 'cargo' in front of navy and police and then eat them. Asked traders to send them an arm instead of cargo or cash. Viciously mauled multiple people. Ate himself at one point. Raped and terrorized random members of factions all across sirius, on live TV. Etc, etc.. Liked to burn people and then fry and eat 'um. All that stuff. And now he suffers eternal torture by the reaper himself. Yay.:)

Though I'm sure there are many others that do the same horrendous stuff he's done.

Hmm, my most heinous crime? Probably the destruction and capture of the entire Liberty Navy bullion train (official faction bank) by my Liberty Rogue pilot Hugo Dravis in 4.84, along with a couple of other Liberty Rogue pilots, and making off with over 3 billion credits worth in bullion (credit cards) and prototype weaponry (codenames), which was later used to renovate Buffalo Base in diamonds and cardamine.
