Did you not stop to think maybe this was because SoulTrader knew he had been caught with a hold full of slaves, and since you didn't give him any time to explain his actions and simply snapped and ran, went and told Hawk straight away, knowing of the impending [static]storm that would follow such a [static]up?
As for the mollies, They came under the one-the-spot invite of a Congressman, actions like that do travel up the chain very quickly in our faction. Mollys and the Congress are friends (see here), we do talk to each other, especially when it comes to their use of one of our bases. I knew what was going on there as it was happening as my New London based frigate was in direct comms with the Molly destroyer at the time. Hawk didn't have to read anything posted on these forums, weather addressed to us or not, to be aware of what was going on.

You know, I dont like complaining about this stuff, but at this point it seems that the Junnkers Congress official faction stance is that they have access to every message in the comm channel. No, the Junkers cannot just intercept communications between Kusari and Rheinland, no more than the Kusari can intercept communications between the Junkers and the Outcasts. It really seems that it is becoming a big problem.
So, how bout you guys explain to me how a little birdy told you about highly encrypted communications between the KPT and the Rheinland military high command? Or are you just going to admit that you read a comm in the comm channel that, in character, you didnt have accsess to, and used it to make a point. It's called metagamming and it would be nice if you all would man up and admit it.

1. Meta-gaming the .:J:. Data Bounty was resolved. I accepted that your non-existent friends told you about it.
2. I accepted that "Junkers are always worried when the lawful enforcement fly past them and as such can predict exactly what will happen." so the meta-gaming about Maximo Valeri catching a .:J:. Slaver issue was also resolved.
3. Read the entire set of new posts before posting, because you would have known this if you had.
4. The current issue is about the DHC-Transmission. Which you have also meta-gamed (also power-gaming because you claimed you had the ability to intercept military-grade channels) once more in another thread, this time with -applied- Role-Play consequences.
You know what, I've actually gone back now and read all the posts.
To answer the questions about no .:j:. characters being present to the molly destoyer incident, my Sally was in New London at the time. I was in direct comms with the molly dessie and I knew what was going on.
Opps, failed to spot me in your 'evidence'? pity.
All your questions have been answered. You're still refusing to accept those answers because then you'd be wrong.
And how could possibly be wrong?
Bye.

Don't make me laugh.
You haven't answered anything about the DHC-Transmission issue with sound logic or provided solid arguments for your source(s), and you have just recently meta/power-gamed again here (Post #7) which makes the case even more relevant. The very reason I started bringing this up from the point where it was yet isolated around your own message dump was because I knew this was bound to happen. This time however you cannot just erase get away with it, applied Role-Play consequences are imminent.

I have. You still refuse to see it.
You really want screenshots for me to prove I was in comms with that dessie? I'm sorry I'm not the player to record every single line I type in game, so I'm gonna try and get in touch with that dessie commander now and see if he has screens. In the meantime, try proving yourself right. Prove I was not there in New London at the time of the incident. Can you?

Your arguments surrounds NPC Patrols, RP-based "criminal friends of Junkers" whom have yet to reveal themselves in a concrete manner, Stations "catching information" and private communications that have remained undisclosed since the first post about this issue. In other words, you haven't provided anything. Your reluctance to accept that you have power/meta-gamed just makes this issue that more serious because at this point I don't even care about your message dump, now the provided link of Post #7 is more prioritized as an attitude members of this Faction seem to have that they can retrieve information anywhere, anyhow.
If you want me to spell it out for you, I'm asking you to man-up.
If you have trouble finding what I'm talking about, let me red-mark if for you:

Forgive my intrusion into this channel.
I am Congressman Timothy Finnegan, Coileach an Taobh Tuath, an' Clan Chief o' the bonny Clan Gordon, masters of Inverness, and indeed I am titled Adjudicator Inverness.
I would like to clear up a few points.
As such I will attempt to restrain me Scot's barogue best I can.
As regards the missing footage of said Wild attack,
Salvaging black-box recorders and providing proof of this assault was tertiary on our minds, at best, when we arrived to rescue the Refugees who had not been exposed to vacuum by the horrific assault. The safety of the Yanagi families was our first, and indeed only, priority.
I do hope you can understand that securing them and getting them back to the only safety we could be certain of, Yanagi Station, was our only goal, as in no way did we think we would need to answer to an inquest for saving our own people.
On that point, you say that Holstein would have recieved the refugees, but forgive my saying so, but after intercepting numerous communiques between your government and the Kempetai itself - the reason we evacuated Yanagi in the first place - we felt you were not to be trusted. Not with the lives of our women and children. Surely you would have made the same decisions in our boots, had you foreknowledge of comms between your mortal enemies and people offering aid.
Our comm arrays at Yanagi are not lacking technical expertise, and our ears, dear herr, are wide open.
Forewarned is forearmed.
We chose to return our people to the relative safety of Yanagi and her guns until better accomodations could be made.
As to the Molly warbird,
She and her fellows were invited by myself only, without the knowledge of Arbiter Jack Crow.
This decision was made as I, in my lifepod - twisting away from the destruction of my liner and vacuum-borne death of so many people - witnessed these Kempetai Assassins tractoring in the corpses of our loved ones.
Seven thousand bodies is ALOT to clean up, and I it was asked them to aid us in fighting back the Kusari swine before they could desecrate more of our dead.
While we tried to clean up the dead that did not fall into the gravity well of the twin suns of Sigma 13, I asked our Molly friends to only 'Kill Kusari scum' in order to keep thier yellow pilots from the sacriledge of toying with our deceased.
Our Molly friends were not tasked with the cleanup, nor informed of it, thus their ignorance of the true task in the days following the horrific attack on innocents.
Again, I challenge you to state clearly that you would have acted vastly differently were you in our boots.
Now, I'm familiar with Rheinland hard-headedness, so in truth, I've little hope that this will affect your 'decisions' from this tribunal.
Know this, however.
We have been listening. We know how deep your ties with Kusari are, and the embarassment you would suffer would it be known how deep your own government is into this attack.
I make no threats nor attempt to offend the great Rheinland empire.
Facts I state, and because our cause is just, my shoulders are squared.
Thank you for your time and consideration.

You have absolutely no idea as characters that I have even talked to the RM HC. There is even a forum-rule about this that you have broken.
