The research team here is personally overjoyed at this news; Morale is great. We are currently sorting the relevant documents. I will append this transmission, some time soon, with a courtesy copy for any guild members with a view to assisting in this endeavour.

We have opted to gather more intelligence on this counterfeit unit before proceeding with any actions which may be interpreted as overtly hostile. These should be some easy credits for any IMG around Dublin

14/3, 22:11 CET: Report issued by the Office of Jack Henderson, Veronica Ryan speaking:
1. Return to limited active flight duty
Mr. Jack Henderson has been cleared for limited flight duty by Dr. Anne Jefferson. Fights are not included, high risk maneuvers are to be avoided.
2. Union Corse attacks Hood Defence and is destroyed
Today 3 Union Corse ships, Gallians that are far far from home, were spotted near Hood. They sat there and exchanged provocations, but seemed rather harmless. They almost went, the spun around with words like: "Okay, let's kill the miners." and attacked IMG without any provocation.
They were shot to pieces by Defence Wing without us suffering any losses.
The motive for this attack remain unclear. There were no demands issued. There was no serious provocation, they seemingly just decided that they wanted to attack IMG.
I am to say by Mr. Henderson to all Dublin Defence Wing, Core and Non-Core: "Great job. We pounded them hard."
3. Huge Corsair attack against Dublin: IMG Defence beaten again
2 Osiris, 4 Legates and 2 more Cruisers attacked Dublin today, shooting up everything. Dublin defences were again hopelessly overpowered by the sheer force of the Corsair capital fleet. Hood was under extensive fire, fighters and bombers being damaged by stray missiles. Defence Wing had to land or was shot down. The bomber wing had no chance to engage due to the dense Solaris inferno which was murderous, according to the pilots. The capital ships stayed so close to each other that their firing arcs overlapped, thus twarting any attempt of approach.
Lesson learnt from the engagement: We need a better tactic. IMG Bomber wing did no damage at all.
Proposals are welcome.
This is Veronica Ryan, Spokesperson of Mr. Henderson.

[color=#FF6666]Guild comm reply and side public information
Greeting Grand guild members and affiliates.
As for Mrs. henderson situation within the defence of dublin, I volonteer myself to support the cause in this sector. It seem clear to me the corsair are not giving up on their invasion of Bretonia... and as were in their path we can't just wait there.
That massive corsair assault is nothing original, and I do believe these monsters have a handful of warship to fulfil their most evil wish. I have however an idea to counter such a nasty attack. If my calculs are accurate, such firepower can be handles by some key long range bombing unit combining both their logistic power and their cooperation. While the hood can moderate some fair protection, it canno't be a safe heaven for anyone, and in that case Ill ask for your own safety to either escape or provoque a nova lauching barrage from as far as you can. On this plan, the mollie's heavy bombing vessel could definatly help.
About the unione corse odd attack, I won't hide that I could neer saw that coming... equally to the Facitist Coalition behavior lately. For the guild safety, having the outlaws name could be vey handy. Gallian pilots and vessels are not be taken lightly especially if they are on some kind of trip... no matter where they exacly come from.
On this I say: Good luck dear guild!

Subject: Dublin situation update
Priority: High
Mr. Desari, mr. Henderson. Message understood, we'll try and get you some heavy support ASAP. But be aware that within Dublin, the IMG is NOT responsible for responding to military-grade threats. It is the Bretonian Armed Forces that should be responding to a warship invasion there. In the event of such an attack, suspend mining operations and withdraw to the Hood on your discretion, then call in Armed Forces to deal with the enemy heavies, unless you feel confident you can defeat them.
As for the Unione Corse... Just more Gallic trouble rolling out of Orkney it seems. Did the ships bear any specific insignia or identifying mark?

I am aware of the fact that we are not the armed forces in Dublin and we never tried to act as if we were. It would be a big mistake to even try to give the impression that we challenge (or could possibly challenge) the Bretonian Armed Forces when it comes to keeping up security in Dublin.
Nevertheless, especially after the outbreak of open hostility between Molly and BAF, we are in need of the additional power. I'd call it a deterrence agent, a tool that we will show more often than use (hopefully).
I acknowledge that the recent deterioration of the general diplomatic situation in Dublin has made IMG's position precarious, but I am confident that IMG can exist successfully by having a good understanding of the system and the right tools to make the wanted things happen and keep the wrong things from happening
Thank you for the support. We will try to report more positive news from Dublin, soon. Don't expect miracles, though. It's messy and no news from Dublin is good news, at the moment.
The Union Corse ships carried [UC] transponder tags. I can search for the names in the data bank if it is necessary.

''Sander, I have not much clue about the dublin event, neither seen much other gallian vessel beyond the barrier. However, from rumour, I have heard that the dublin ressource are ,for most contractors ,no longer lucrative. I think it is likely that you will take care of such a parameter ny your own.
Talking about odd attacks, we have been assaulted from both the lower walker cloud and the upper barrier. Known criminal group: the maltan and the corsair , they both essued an attack usijng their large vessels. While I don't usually mess much with what is going up there beyond the ice wall, I did not really enjoyed the corsair going right in the core of omega 7 at less then 10 spatial kilometer of our station there.I won't lie that I did try to make them leave, in the most peaceful way but my effort was unfortunatly worthless. In all honesty it was a harsh job to counter such a vessel, maily because it used Accelarated slug... I think that they call that a battle razor. Even with a few bounty hunter of the EDGE unit, and our affiliates of the colonial republic... we could not manage the situation. Hopefully the rheiland military arrived a while after and turned the tide of the fight. I consider myself quite lucky... but I learned by my lancemates destruction who flied to close from the big corsair vessel. As you probably know, sector 7 is right in the core of the nebula, meaning that bomber don't have a clear visual even against such a huge target. I would say that was the big factor there..
In a every polite way, I think I could at least expec the bretonian army to support us as the rheiland army do. I think that we are quite exposed within bretonia againt bandite, but we're often the last to be protected. I don't really like house politic, but we need support quite often.

Greetings T&M and IMG!
I'd like to add a bit of information to that incident that Mr. G-Man from T&M described.
I was informed about the Mendalorian collecting on IMG by chance and told the pilot to report here because it has happened before.
I was attacked - perhaps a month ago - by Mendalorians in Dublin, perhaps the incident is remembered because it led to the ban of the BAF HMS~Valiant from Dublin.
Now, I was told that the Mandalorians do normally not attack us in House space as we are counted as civilians. That was said about our status in Dublin, so it was Bretonian house space.
This incident in which the T&M vessel was attacked, took place in Omega 7. I am far from an expert, so I am not sure whether it is the same as for Dublin.
Perhaps the diplomacy experts can take a look into the matter because I feel that slaughtering T&M that are now all affiliated with IMG and with which I have already worked a bit, should get some information if not protection by us.
Thank you
Jack Henderson

Oh... long time no see. Hah, just wanted to tell you that I tried to move a huge load of MOX from Rheinland but unfortunatelly, some Outcasts were having a party in Sigma-13. I decided not to risk in any way so I went back to Frankfurt and now I'm waiting on a police station. Seems that GMG is having a hard time killing those pests so I guess I'll spend the night here.

1. Attacked by Official Unioners in Frankfurt
Defence Wing pilot Brigid O'Shauenssy was attacked and her ship severely damaged by a official Unioner vessel. A conversation that was aimed at finding out whether IMG convoys carrying Niobium to New Berlin would be stopped turned the bad way.
Information gathered: Unioners will stop our convoys and regard our trade with Berlin as support of the government that they are fighting.
Conclusion: Better regard them as threats.
2. Not attacked by Official Volksfront/Bundschuh
Volksfront members were also questioned about their views and they were not sharing the Unioner's opinion that Niobium hauling to Berlin means a support to the war efforts of Rhineland. They seemed rather considerate and rational.
Conclusion: Volksfront seem to be no direct threat and can be dealt with likely without violence.
