As a Current/Former Deputy Chief of the LPI-, I can say this with certainty.
The Deputy Chiefs are pretty much the only ones who have any sort of Capital ship. And even then, they're extremely limited. If you want caps, join the Navy, or make a Navy indie, it makes more sense.

But thats the point why i want know it: i DONT want join the freaking navy, i want be a Police Officer and not a Military Navy guy ^^

Except it's a Light Fighter. Minor details. But, yeah, it's a really fun little ship to fly (and fight) in.:)
Back on topic: We don't field caps, except for the Leavenworth (our SRP Dread) and the Red Deer II (LABC), and both of those are currently only flown by me and the other (active) Deputy Chief, Bauer.
Whether or not the LPI fields caps, the ID allows it, so expect full solaris LABCs roaming around... not like that is unusual in Liberty of course.
And well think about it... I mean they are cops, they are not a military force, the closest they come to really heavy firepower is their SWAT unit which is still deployed carefully.
