Status Report: SFT-NOMADIC
Enroute to New Berlin with delivery of personnel but encountered [Phantom]Onyx in orbit of Hamburg. Attempt to evade engagement failed and we were forced to take evasive action. The moved proved successful as the Phantom although able to inflict damage didn't find the Nomadic an easy target to hit and ran out of disruptors before being able to finish the job. Once at cruise the Nomadic was able to escape to Frankfurt and continue to New Berlin, while elite RM forces (PC) moved in to secure the area. In addition to personnel and cargo transfer, an arranged meeting at New Berlin also took place and that transfer was completed without incident. Once small repairs are complete, we'll be continuing our transport run.
Status Report: SFDS-DAUGHTLESS
With few traders and Tau-31 relatively quiet proceeded on a fact finding mission to Tau-29. After a brief visitation to the Zoner base - which highly recommended we return to Tau-31 for our own safety - and having gathered the information desired we leisurely left the station but encountered a Blood Dragon Gunboat and Outcast-made Destroyer dubbed Telicaster and DeathReaper. Given their lack of love for the Kusari, they didn't engage at first but followed outside of scanner range as we returned to Tau-31, probably deciding what to do.
Once in Tau-31 the two vessels choose to engage, heavily outgunned we stood our ground as best we could but against two capship opponents and no backup it wasn't looking good. Without any repair mechanisms, we managed to escape into cruise and proceeded towards the MacDuff in hopes that a lengthly pursuit would convince them to break off. Once at MacDuff and our pursurers still giving chase, we turned and made our stand. At first the firing crew on the MacDuff didn't seem to be tracking the vessels too well but after a few missile shots their systems appeared to fix themselves. Facing the combined firepower of regular BAF personnel and the MacDuff, the Blood Dragons were outnumbered but their superior skills made them a significant challenge. Fighting to the end, the Blood Dragons inflicted heavy damage to ourselves and the MacDuff, but were both destroyed. The cargo aquired suggested they had been attacking Civilian and IMG shipping recently. A passing Outcast patrol managed to pick up a couple of the escape pods before they could be captured by BAF forces. Although several were captured for questioning, none of the command staff for the vessels were found and are presumed to still be at large.
Additional Report: SFDS-DAUGHTLESS
After undergoing initial repairs from our previous incident, received reports from SFGB-RELENTLESS in Leeds regarding a Corsair Huntress Cruiser dubbed "blood_fish" engaged at the jumpgate to Tau-31 . The Relentless was unfortunately reported destroyed but their crew safely rescued by the Derby. The Relentless' distress call, however, was received by the SFBS-NORWICH which proceeded to track the vessel from Leeds. The Norwich caught up with the Huntress in Tau-31 and with several traders in the nearby area we proceeded to move in to assist from Harris. Combined with the firepower from the Norwich, the Daughtless and the Huntress' rather interesting decision to continue towards the MacDuff rather than a safer harbour, the Huntress secumbed to the heavy fire and was destroyed. No word has been received regarding the Huntress' crew, it is suspected they were rescued by Gaians since they're the only group in the area that would even consider working with them openly. The arrival of the Norwich also allowed key repair supplies to be transferred to both the MacDuff and the Daughtless to aid in finishing repairs.
SFF-FIREBIRD
Tracked a Corsair fighter belonging to TBH moving out of Cambridge into New London. Ship was sighted destroying local shipping and consequently was engaged. The fighter seemed more interested in dealing with the local police then a heavily armed military fighter. His loss, ship was destroyed with little to no permanent damage to my ship. Returned and finished my patrols in Cambridge.
SFF-BETA1
Played a bit of tour guide today escorting ships out of Poole. Coming back encountered a {JM} gunboat which immediately openned fire with no warning or signal. Engaged but ill equiped to deal with the gunboat, I retreated from the area and called in reinforcements from Leeds.
SFBS-EXCALIBUR
Received distress call from Beta-1 regarding a {JM} gunboat in orbit of Leeds. Over system comms the vessel was heard boasting that there wasn't much protection for the planet. Think his opinion changed when his shields dropped to 0 and a quarter of his hull was hit. Ship ran from the area making refuge in Salisbury before dropping off from scanners. During the chase two HF battleships, a Liberty Dreadnought and Bounty Hunter class, used the diversion to approach from Magellan and proceeded to hunt us down. Hanging out in Salisbury and utilizing the added defenses available from the Harlow we made our stand there. Faced against the two top of the line battleship we stood little to no chance; however, the dreadnought inexplicably vacated the area leaving only the one ship to deal with. Exchanging blow for blow the previous damage from the two vessels had weakened our ship but we had enough strength to ensure that the other ship wouldn't be leaving Salisbury either. Both ours and the enemy vessel were destroyed with rescue crews being sent by both the Harlow and the other HF battleship. The surviving dreadnought then vacated the area with its rescued crew members. Recovery operations are underway, and the Excalibur name has been transferred to another BAF battleship.

[SF]-SFBC-ACKBAR (Waiting name change )
[SF]-SFMF-SURVIVAL
Transmit to : Cadet Wedge Antilles
Comm ID: Admiral Firebird
Cadet, the SFBC-ACKBAR will remain under its current command until such time that you've obtained a rank sufficient to command such a vessel (in other words, the vessel is not to be used until the rank requirements for it are met, as I mentioned in the PM). I also advise you to familiarize yourself with the ranking and other highly important information provided on the faction page. As a Cadet you can command fighters and non-combative craft such as transports. Also be advised that you must have equal or more Bretonian combat vessels compared to Liberty (Liberty ships are the only other vessels that the SF can fly due to our previous affiliation there), and any Liberty vessel apart from fighters must be obtained through permission of both myself and an official representative in the Liberty government. Given the current situation, I wouldn't expect Liberty to provide anything much larger than a cruiser.
Here's what I recommend, 1) read up on the current state of SF affairs, and 2) get a Templar and start working on a few BAF training missions. Your previous experience as a member of the SF prior to my appointment to Admiral should make passing through the ranks much easier as you've got plenty of combat experience. Nevertheless, you must still fulfill the requirements for each rank starting from step one.

If any of the following vessels are sighted please inform the pilot to contact (PM) me ASAP, otherwise he'll find the vessels impounded by the Bretonian government for failing to check-in.

I've sent you another PM regarding this issue. Please also choose whether to send info by PM or message dump, preferably not both, recommend questions like this being done in PM and leaving the dump for reports and for information to be shared with other SF personnel.
With respect to the medical frigate, contact me in PM with the type of vessel it is and in what capacity it will be operating in. With the war another medical frigate would be useful, but if the vessel is seen as a combat vessel, it will be targetted by the enemy and our wounded soldiers would be at risk. That cannot be allowed.

SFBS-Sierra
The Sierra was crippled in Dublin today after a large attack force of HF engaged. Two HF battleships engaged, and extreme damage was taken. Thanks to the help of the Mandalorian Mercenaries, the other battleships did take some minor damage. However, their use of nonbots and shield batteries was decimating to the Sierra, and as such, I have placed a formal request with Ordnance and Supply in order to obtain some. It has always been my belief that they were a waste of money, although I have seen them used to increasing effectiveness through time.
Further information at the time is not known, but we do know that the HF ships attacked and destroyed the Sierra and one Mandalorian Merc at this time. Further information will not be available as my crew is responding to the Sickbay on Southampton Shipyard.

Received bounties are confirmed and the appropriate accounts updated accordingly. In addition, recent budget changes have allowed me to alter the agreements in your favor, all bounties will be paid a minimum of $5 mil regardless of the involvement of SF forces. Reminder that the bounties are on craft hostile to Bretonia and either found within Bretonian space or found attacking traders along major trade routes (refer to the contract for specific systems). Proof of the bounty to be collected must be provided and when possible an ID scan for less known criminals. Previously unknown criminals scanned and submitted will earn an additional $2 mil for the intel.
Bretonia thanks you for your continued service in ensuring the safety of both her and her people.

Situation Report: SFGB-RELENTLESS
Encountered 2 NLH vessels in Leeds today, a Raven's Talon and a Taiidian Bomber, with the assistance of a Madalorian Merc and SFF-Ronny the vessels surrendered rather than engaging. Consequently by their cooperation, they were escorted back to Edinburgh.
The Raven's Talon didn't seem to get the message though and was later sighted again, this time in New London attacking local shipping. Choosing to engage/run this time, the talon's agility made it difficult to track but once he choose to fully engage his firepower was shown to be no match. The Talon was destroyed and his prisonners rescued and returned to Leeds. No escape pod was found in the weakage but a flight of gaian fighters was sighted quickly running from the scene.

I've received intel on a research convoy bound from Cambridge to Kusari space scheduled to depart on Saturday Oct 27 at 5:00pm GMT (12:00pm CST - Note Daylight Savings is in effect). An arrest warrant has been issued for Dr. Tommy Chong, leading the convoy, on charges of drug trafficing. The frigate Ciro carrying Dr. Chong is to be escorted to New London where Dr. Chong will be taken into custody. All other ships in the convoy are to be scanned for contraband and any ship found to be carrying illegal items will also be escorted to New London. Ships not complying with the warrant are to be disabled, NOT destroyed. (whoever's organizing the event will have to come up with a definition for a disabled vessel, i'll not be able to attend due to real life)
