Honorable Miners,

My name is Eric Micheals, I am an Ex Zoner. In my time with the Zoners I learned of the high quality of your equpiment and, for a long while, I flew one of your public ships the IR-7 "Raven's Talon" Civilian Very Heavy Fighter. I flew the ship for months and it served me well. how ever now is not the time for reminiscing on days gone by, on to my reasoning for contacting you,

you see, I being exzoner wish not to fight when I do not have to, however, givin the flags under which I fly, Fights tend to happen. for this reason I am requesting the following:

These guns, would not be used in any way shape or form for acts that would put the IMG in bad light. The ships these guns would be mounted on are as follows.

And my Patrol vessel for when I am searching the Omegas for those OSI Dogs.




I am well aware of the effects of prolonged lack of IMG Maintnence on these guns and the slight errors that occur when connecting them to Hessian ships and Zoner ships but those , to me, are neglegible.

Mr Micheals,

A trip to the nearest outfitter on an IMG base would have sufficed. You see, IMG Vampire technology is freely available on the open market.

That being said, the IMG would, of course, prefer not to hear any stories of our guns being pointed at our friends, and since you have implied that that will not happen, there shouldn't be any problems.

I am the Head of Production at the Independent Miners Guild, Shinichiro Kawashima. I also happen to be the one in charge of handing out technology that we produce.

I have only one issue with your current request. You say you are going to mount Vampires on your..."patrol ship" where you would then, I quote, "searching the Omegas for those OSI Dogs". As you the IMG's current diplomatic status with the OSI is rather friendly. Ergo, it would be unwise to grant you technology so as to shoot one of our allies.

I however, see no reason why we cannot grant you Vampires for your public relations ship. Seeing as what is implied is that the ship engages in little to no combat. I highly doubt you would be using it to shoot any OSI ships, right?

So the current situation is that I am only able to approve your usage of our Vampires for use on your "public relations" ship and only that ship.

Believe me, as an ex-zoner, I completely understand the need for "anonimity" when dealing with certain groups.
