Ambassador Rackham,
My name is Kell Tainer and I represent a part of the Order in a sensitive matter.
For the last two years the hulk of an older Aquilon Class Carrier has been floating in drydock at one of our shipyards. It is desired by us to use her hull as salvage for the construction of a Nephilim Class Dreadnought.
Off the record, I can inform you that the reason we need this particular warship is because of her deep-space exploration capabilities. Since the Nephilim Class is designed to be self-sufficient, it is ideal as a mobile base, which is exactly what we need one for.
A note on the history of the warship in question, she was acquired during the brief Corsair-Zoner conflict of 818 in gratitude for help rendered during the evacuation of Livadia. I myself led an Order task force that assisted.
Attached is a copy of the transmission I personally sent to the then Zoner Trading Consortium verifying the evacuation of Livadia. Communication Archive (//last post)
Said ship, known as the Hestia's Fire served briefly as a command ship but was decommissioned shortly after her acquisition, due to there no longer being a need for such a vessel operationally. Subsequently, she was mothballed at one of our facilities for future use.
Either that, or we are willing to return her to you in exchange for a Nephilim hull.
As in the absence of John Rackham I decided to answer your transmission. We have discussed it among several popes and came towards a conclusion.
Unfortunately The Nephilim class ship costs a lot of effort and time to create. Not only that but not even all Zoners are aware of the said vessel. Also we don't have the capabilities to generate a lot more of the Nephilim class. And certainly not in short notice. We have a lot of engineers repairing damaged ships already. Not to meantion the Order has a Nephilim class already within its possession.
I would recommend putting the said Aquillon back into service and use it for the reason you ask the Nephilim. The Aquillon itself is also a good self sustaining ship, but more specialized for ship deployments of smaller kinds to use it as a carrier, this is what it was designed for. The order might not have such vessels, but it could give huge tactical advantages which you at this time are overlooking.
If you want to speak with me personally I would suggest you to head towards Freeport 6 as I have some business to arrange there.
May Eris be with us all.. 23's,

Mr. Stone,
I thank you for the reply. Regarding the Nephilim, I understand your reluctance to commit resources to such an undertaking. To be honest, we would only need the plans to construct one and a drydock of sufficient size as Evora is incapabe of servicing a vessel of such size. However, we are capable of acquiring the necessary resources and manpower through our own means.
Regardless, preparations are being made to put the old Aquilon back into service.
