Because of the upcoming rollback, I'm not paying bounties until AFTER the rollback, since it really doesn't make a hell of a lot of sense to do so. Then once it DOES roll back, I'll send you money since then it'll count.

A signed and agreed bounty contract now exists between the Bounty Hunters Guild Core (hereinafter 'Core') and the Reaver Mercenary Company (hereinafter 'Reavers').

This bounty is valid anywhere except the Omicrons.

The targets of this bounty are any and all Order ships.

So in answer to your WTF question, yes, yes we do. And since the Core tends to not operate in house space nor collect bounties (and I don't even want to get into the discussion about how the new ID is FUBAR because of the addition of the bounties line) that's why THIS bounty was issued - to further role-play.
