To attention of Watanabe Kazoku and Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee leaderships.
I am contacting you over information I received from source I personally trust. It has come to my knowledge that meeting between your organisations has happened, concerning Sigma 13, Corsairs and relationship between Bundschuh and Blood Dragons. While I operate on only a few bits of actual intel, it was enough to deduct you two are on the way to something important.
While it might be or not in Order's interests, I just want you to tell that you have been both cleared to dock and officially invited to Meshkenet station in Omicron Zeta system. While at it, you also have my apologize for unexpected incursion into your both faction's respective privacy.
I believe I know what trusted source you're referring to, but that is of little importance. I fully understand the Order's need to be always ahead in the field of intelligence, having served in your secondary fleet myself for a good number of years, before duty called me back to my homeland. I just hope that you don't make a habit of using unnecesary informants, when even simple inquiries would result in utmost honesty reserved only for trusted allies such as yourself.
Either way, you are more or less correct about the meeting conducted with the Oberst of the Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee. I felt it would further reinforce our position both in the Sigmas, and Kusari space as a direct result as well. Even though the Order prefered to remain neutral with the Corsairs, I hope you understand the source of our undying opposition towards them, and all help against them is welcomed from our side.
I appreciate your invite to Meshkenet, I will attend the meeting there, if the Oberst agrees as well. I could also use the opportunity to get in touch with some of my old contacts and dear frieds as well, a most fortunate ocassion.
The apology is accepted, even if your reconnaissance proves mildly unnerving at times. I also accept your invitation to Meshkenet Station, but there are two caveats that I should mention;
Firstly and most pressingly, The Munich system is in a state of catastrophe (if you were not already aware). Our own forces have been slow to rebuild in comparison to the current regime's, especially considering the generous donations from the perpetrators of the Dark Matter disaster, Samura and Kishiro. The meeting may occur at the time you wish, but I will need a constant transmission uplink between Meshkenet and Eltmann so as to coordinate our efforts to preserve the station that is presently eroding as quickly as we can repair it.
Secondly... Jump Holes have "shifted", and the path to Meshkenet is no longer clear. With the loss of Kommandant Gauss who served as a guide on our last meeting, we will require directions to reach the station. Failing that, we may request to travel alongside the Blood Dragon envoys. I presume the Shogun to be the type of man to know the way.
I trust you will be able to share what you know concerning Munich incident during the meeting itself. Our communication in Rheinland has since caused problems due to destabilizing jumpholes and for this reason or another disfunctional relays. To solve navigational issues, I will be sending one of my agents to lead you through as path is significantly altered at certain points.
Shogun Watanabe
How you treat Corsairs is your decision and completely out of my concern. Our current diplomatic neutral status is result of both parties deciding that war brings neither any profit. Significant differences and past events also prevent us from establishing any kind of relations that could put shadow on Blood Dragon - The Order alliance.
