Which part of "Confederacy" don't you get?

There is no giving away any power or stealing freedom damn it, the Houses stay as they are, just they're united as protecting each other from unlawfuls, making decisions together. Live in peace together. Where do you see a stolen freedom here? Please guys come up with serious posts and not "rage you do this wrong, your faction is wrong" . I Appreciate the replies but all I see are mindless replies, not even thinking before reply.
Confederation is the loosest of all, still it does have central government to deal with matters upon which said confederation was created for. Simply said if that has to be Confederation to defend against Gallia - all of house's military would pledge loyalty TO Confederation and not to their respective nations. Being at peace/co-operation or alliance is waaay different than confederation itself.
The war with the coalition is over. the coalition survives, but is not a threat - the nomads saw to that when they destroyed Sol.
this idea has problems - what are your aims? Uniting the houses against an enemy who no longer exists? who will you fight? SCRA (hmm ok) Nommies (also ok, but could do this as the order), pirates (blam - server police).
without putting pirates on the list, you have too few enemies. if you put pirates on the list, you have become server police.
there are lots of factions that need activity boost (i.e. anything north of gallileo). I can't see this one surviving until the spring.

But there is gallia, especially now in 4.87 they've come too near. Also never underestimate the SCRA or Nomads though. Also the process of uniting the Houses has also political parts, much of RP which has to be done and goals that needs to be achieved, maybe missions which officials give us in order to gain their trust and inside roles with the Civilians.

Simple, turn the order to gallia's allies ( since its current leader resembles theocracy ) bring back the phantoms as suggested earlier ( since their main goal was to destroy the nomads ) - everybody is a winner.

Still i think the game has more factions (official and none official) the players. If people would fill factions which are not or almost not represented it would be much better then try to Force houses to be good with Each other. A house militairy and police would hunt you soon enough when trying to say how They need to run their homes..
So in short: NOOOOO
Uhm I guess you didn't read the Story bro, seriously. I've mentioned many times that our goal is not to say how they need to run their homes, if you people start again with stuff like that, I don't see a reason even to listen to such replies. The Judges? Are you kidding me? I mentioned that its a unification of the Houses, a confederacy to be honest where all Houses are going to be left as they are with their power but they'll be an Alliance together, it has nothing to do with trying to say how They need to run their homes! Our factions have the House Representatives for this specific reason, i don't see the Judges inside this, nothing similar at all. Thanks for you reply though (bow)::
Actually, this is and has been the Judges core mission since it started 24 months ago. I know reading history is a bother, but it is so written. A word of caution if this be your path as well. You cannot TELL people anything, since all that may be known is already known to them. You must instead use reason and let them convince you. Best of luck.

Than we'd stick with Alliance.
But Gallia was part of alliance and, according to the lore, was left behind and somehow escaped Sol-Nova. If your stated mission is to reunite the alliance, why on earth would you attack it?
SCRA is a small faction. it won't give you enough activity to be their counterfaction (like sairs/OC, or nomads/order), there aren't enough of them.
nomads are really really hard to RP, and as a consequence, there are very few of them also.
SCRA/Nomads aren't enough enemies, and without enemies you will end up Rping diplomatic conferences across sirius, and that's not going to be enough to keep a faction alive.
Gallia, if you've read, wants to take revenge on the Alliance because of that "leaving-behind". We're trying to restore the Alliance here, uniting the Houses, but Gallia wants to destroy it, so why shouldn't we attack them? While the other houses have between wars the Gallia tries to destroy all houses (old Alliance). Also I've mentioned the Council btw, so ye we'll see how Gallia would turn out, first things first, the 5 houses most important once. Our group would have to wait how the Council advances, we might aid em too, so once Gallia would be fallen under the Council, than we can talk about involving them in this.

Supreme Judge Logan
AFAIK, the judges began almost ten years ago, on RAW server.
the OP was about feedback and ideas for his faction. Feedback is being given, but it doesn't seem to be being received in the spirit that it is meant. We're not saying "this is a bad idea", we're saying "this part of your idea doesn't fit with previously established ideas". Now, not every idea that is accepted is set in stone for eternity. Groups come and go, and in five years time a coalition faction might fit as it has been presented here.
However, that is then and this is now. At the moment, the response is 'doesn't fit cos server police (metagaming) and also 'not enough enemies'.
As yet, we've not seen any aims, objectives, diplomacy, ship list, zoi, etc etc.
Ya of course, I'm not raging at you guys though realy thanks for all those wonderful replies, I'm just saying for those who're acting straight, like "This faction is wrong, so NOOO" instead of, you could work on that, or you could change this than it might look better. Anyhow of course those stuff will come, first things first, the idea has been given, the story in it too, now we're aiming for the name, the Ship list is already present I made a Word Document even mentioned there, ZOI not discussed yet, will be after Name decision. Most important one now is the name seriously, so we can start working on our stuff.
